To come to Chania, you have the following options:

1. Take the boat from Piraeus (port of Athens) which departs at 21:00 or 22:00 each day and arrives at the port of Souda the next day at 06:00 (check www.anek.gr). From the port of Souda you either take a taxi (about 20 euros) or a bus (about 2 euros) or you pick up a car rental which you need to have booked previously.

2. Fly from Athens to Chania on either Aegean Airlines or Ryanair. Then take the bus (about 2 euros) or a taxi (about 25 euros) or rent a car (there are many car rental companies at Chania airport).

3. Fly from 26 cities in Europe directly to Chania on Ryanair.

4. Fly to Heraklion and come to Chania by bus or taxi (about 200 euros) or car rental. The drive from Heraklion to Dorothy's Dream in Chania is about 2 hours.

5. If you want to combine your visit to Crete with a visit to Santorini there is a daily boat from Santorini to Heraklion arriving around 19:00. Then you drive to Chania as above.
