There are good connections with airports from the UK and a number of nearby airports to choose from. The nearest airport which is only 20minutes drive is Beziers (also called Beziers-Cap dAgde-Vias). Montpellier is 45 minutes drive and Perpignan and Carcassone are 1hr drive. Nimes is 1hr 30mins. Marseilles, Toulouse and Avignon are a 2hr drive.All these airports are served by Ryanair and Flybe flies into Avignon and Toulouse. BA flies to Marseilles and Toulouse. By car, the route from the north is the A71 and the A75. The latter part of the A75 is toll free . Driving distance from Calais is about 650miles. By train - it is probably best to get Eurostar to Lille and there are direct TGVs from Lille to Bezier.
