As you leave the airport, take the Express roadway in the direction of Machico. And follow the signs to Porto da Cruz. Leave the Express roadway on the exit that indicates Porto da Cruz. Next you will see a roundabout; drive into it and take the second exit. From here drive straight ahead until you reach a crossroads with a bridge, from which Villa Ricardo is clearly visible from the road.

The trip from the airport to Porto da Cruz takes about 15 minutes.The Porto the Cruz village is on the northeast coast of Madeira and from there you can quickly get to the Airport (12 minutes by car), to the nearest golf course in Santo da Serra (15 minutes by car) and to the neighbouring cities and villages like Machico, Santo da Serra, Santana and Faial, amongst other interesting places you can easily visit.
