A car is recommended to get around but there is public transport by Bus or Train, if you prefer. The Holistic Centre itself is on a Bus route The Horse Riding Schools will appeal to the equestrians.The beautiful New Forest is within easy driving distance and here will be found quaint little shops, olde inns, tea rooms and roaming New Forest ponies.  The dry run ski centre in Christchurch with its many associated activities is also well worth a visit and a stroll along the River Stour (stopping at the Old Mill gift shop and tea rooms) takes you to the historic 10th century Christchurch priory and castle ruins.
