If you are travelling to Henley on Thames from abroad, there are any number of ways to get here. Fortunately, Henley is well placed for arrival into the country by road, rail and air. It is only 35 miles [1 hour] from London and 25 miles [40 minutes] from London Heathrow.

If arriving from the north you will generally travel on the M40 and for arrival from the south, the M4. Henley on Thames is about 30 minutes from either approach.

There is a train service that runs to Henley on Thames from London Paddington and from Reading. Some are direct or with an easy change at Twyford

London Heathrow is the closest airport. There is a direct link by rail to London Paddington or a direct link by coach to Reading.
