How to find us by road:

M5 to Exeter

A38 to Plymouth

Across the Tamar Bridge into Cornwall

Remain on A38 through the Saltash Tunnel to Liskeard

Exit dual carriageway at Liskeard junction

Take 2nd exit at roundabout over the carriageway bridge

At the next roundabout take 3rd exit driving past Morrison’s supermarket on the left

At the next roundabout take 2nd exit along Charter Way

Passing the Ford garage and hospital on your right, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit

Passing the BP garage on your right, at the 1st mini roundabout take the exit to the right onto the B3254 (St Cleer/Pensilva)

Continue along this road for 2 miles, at the bottom of the hill Rosecraddoc Lodge will be on your left.

Turn left into Rosecraddoc Lodge and follow the road into the holiday village

Proceed 3/4 of the way up the site towards the metal gate

You will find the parking space for 48 Baytree Cottage on the left approx. 20m before the gate
