How to get there
Head towards Pateley Bridge via the B6265. If entering Pateley Bridge from the west down Greenhow Hill, turn right at Bridgehouse Gate, opposite the Royal Oak. If travelling from the north or east turn left at Bridgehouse Gate opposite the Royal Oak. Travel a further 350 yards and you will come to a fork in the road. The right fork is the road you can park on and the left fork is a private drive facing onto the village green, where Apple Tree Cottage is situated (number 10).
You are permitted to load/unload on the private drive for a short period then park on the public road on the other side of the green.

Getting around
A five minute walk takes you to the small market town where there are award winning butchers, bakeries, delicatessen, tearooms, pubs, museum, galleries and craft shops. You do not need to use your car, there is everything you need on your doorstep. There is a bus station at the bottom of the high street in Pateley Bridge where there is a regular bus service to and from Harrogate. There is a train station in Harrogate with links to Leeds, York and Knaresborough.
