Linnet has ample private parking for two cars. There are spaces opposite the cottage, all on flat ground.
Berwick Railway Station is 6 miles from Thornton and there you can easily find taxis.
We have a list of local taxi services in the cottage. A bus service runs from Shoresdean to Berwick and Wooler twice a day.

Getting around
Berwick Railway Station is 15 minutes by car from Thornton. Glen Valley Tours and Perrymans Buses run a twice daily service to Berwick / Wooler from our local bus stop, Shoresdean. Please note that for electric car charging there will be an additional £5 per night fee.
