Getting here is a little bit of fun. This is rural Japan that has quite happily lived with very little conveniences for hundreds of years. The roads you will travel on will become one car roads at different times and you may have to negotiate with the locals around who goes first and who pulls over to the side. Everybody here is very thoughtful and understanding so even though you may have moments of 'what the... ?" you will always be safe and you will always find a solution.

Practically, its really important that of course you have a car but also that you approach the house from the Nakamura / Sukumo road or in other words "from the west" along the No 21 road. There are 3 houses on No 17 Yoshii, if you approach from West to East, the guesthouse is the LAST driveway. This is super important. Please look at the photos that I have posted on the website.
