Getting around
Canary Island La Palma is a paradise for hikers and mountainbikers - You may go diving, swimming, go with fishing boats on the sea, take boat trips along the cliffs of the island, guided alpine tours for climbers with experience; there are volcanoes in the south and a sea salt saline worth visiting - from the highest mountain, the Roque de los Muchachos (2400 m above sea level), in good weather it is possble a view of three other Canary Islands, you can enjoy fresh fish and a lot of fruits and vegetables in good restaurants and spanish bars.
In Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Llanos ypu will find pedagogically well-organized museums, which are also suitable for children (if it rains).
