How to get there

From Moel Y Don you can walk to everything no car required. There are regular buses along the coast linking Holyhead to all the small villages. which allows one way coastal walks.The main Rail line from Euston, London, connects the Irish Ferry Terminal in the Port of Holyhead. Travelling by car the A55 dual carriageway is an efficient way to cross the 30+miles of Angelsey from the Menai Straits. It provides quick access from the North Wales roads and takes around 35min to Llanberis, at the foot of Snowden (Wales highest mountain). Trearddur Bay is around one hours 20min drive to Chester. The Valley airport has daily flights between Cardiff and Angelsey.
