From Bangor, follow the A55 signed posted to Holyhead. About 4 miles from Holyhead leave the A55 and follow signposts to Valley and Wylfa Power Station on the A5. At the first set of traffic lights turn right and continue on the A5025 passing through Llanrhyddad and Tregele.

On reaching Cemaes turn first left at the roundabout and follow the road right through the Cemaes Bay High Street.

Ahead of you is the Stag pub. Take the road down the right hand side on to Beach Road, going past the Harbour entrance, look for a left hand turn almost immediately after the Harbour, take this and drive straight ahead - you will see two gate posts which are the entrance to the Royale Estate - drive through.

Follow the road around to the left until you come to the last two houses, 1 Tudor Royale is on the right.
