Getting around
Getting around the village is best done on foot as some lanes can be very narrow to drive through. There is public transport (bus) from Mevagissey to nearly St Austell and Fowey. You can take the train from St Austell train station to other parts of Cornwall or further afield. If you wish to explore the Cornish countryside and beaches a car is recommended
