Our holiday villas are a privately guarded 6 acre retreat that has 4 beautiful Tahitian Style buildings , that are inset from the road, and even though they are located off the PanAmerican Highway - it does not have the outside flow of traffic. We are nestled in the dense forest, and what awaits you is privacy and tranquility , without feeling isolated! We are 5 minutes away from the Town of Quepos (2 minutes from the beach) and 10 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park & Playita Manuel Antonio (Beach).

It's home to a slew of wildlife, such as: the adorable Titi monkeys, White-faced monkeys, Sloths, Iguanas, an abundance of Butterflies, Giant Toucans, and a whole host of other animal species and rare plants that inspire and overwhelm the senses!

How to get there

Fly into San Jose International Airport, Costa Rica. From there, you can either take a commuter flight ( 20 minutes) on Sansa Air to Quepos Airport ( 5 minutes from our Villas); or you can rent a vehicle, preferably a 4x4, at the San Jose Airport and drive to Quepos- it will take 3+ hours ( depending on weather, traffic, etc.). It's a beautiful and safe drive!

Each villa is 1500 sq. ft., and sleeps 1-6 guests. The whole complex sleeps up to 96 guests. Our villa has 2 air conditioned bedrooms on the 2nd floor: the Master with a King bed and private balcony, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the monkeys and other wildlife at play. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and both rooms are steps away from a fantastic double-sink full bathroom. Another complete bathroom is conveniently situated on the main floor, where its open-concept layout stages our fabulous imported kitchen from Spain and living area with its cozy sofa-bed (sleeps another 2 guests). All furnishings were hand-picked with "gusto", while keeping elegance, style and comfort in mind. It will feel as warm and inviting as your own home. We are up to the task of making your Costa Rica experience a memorable one...one that you won't soon forget!

Further details outdoors:
The development consists of 4 Tahitian style buildings, each building containing four 2-storey villas. Each villa has a wrap-around large terrace, that is the perfect setting for the dining area (adjacent to the kitchen) and a lounge area (adjacent to living area) with Tico leather chairs, etc.- so you can relax and sooth your soul, by listening to the sounds of nature that surround you...
Behind our villa runs a creek through the property and some wildlife, like Owls, Toucans, exotic birds, etc. come to visit, and you will have an opportunity to watch them at play in their natural habitat - monkeys are also frequent visitors.
In the centre of it all, you will find a Palapa (giant gazebo) that is nestled between the swimming pool and a fun chill-out pool, that is excellent to sit in and chit-chat with loved ones, friends or meet and mingle with other guests over a tropical cocktail!

RENTAL RATE NOTES:
Rental rates are based on occupancy of 1-6 people with a minimum of 3 night stay.
For last minute discounts, on reservations less than 3 weeks in advance and special long term rates, are available upon request. Rates include: Accommodations, Amenities, Housekeeping, and taxes! We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal, Wire Transfers.
Rates may change without notice.
POLICIES:
*Upon arrival, the renter is asked to provide the Property Manager with a copy of passport or other valid photo ID, home address and telephone number(s), in case of emergency.
*Smoking is permitted outdoors ONLY: balcony, terrace and common areas.
*We request a security deposit before, or on arrival, of $250.00US (fully refundable if no incidentals).
*We recommend that you keep you documents, cash, and other valuables in the built-in safe provided for your convenience.
*Always lock all sliding doors and windows when leaving the premises.
*Parents/Guardians...as a friendly reminder, please supervise your children at all times. Even though we take proper care and safety is our priority, we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries while at play, etc.

Conditions

DEPOSITS:
We require 50% of the total payment at time of signing/booking and the remaining 50%, 30 days before your arrival. Require deposit of $250.00US for incidentals (fully refundable, if no incidentals)
REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of our business, and the time frame of our bookings - generally 2-3 months in advance, the following is our Refund Policy: Initial deposit of 50% - non-refundable. If full payment has been collected for the time frame of your stay - 50% will be reimbursed. 100% will be refunded ONLY if the same villa has been rebooked for the same time frame.
