The Algarve / East Algarve region
The Eastern Algarve is a slightly warmer climate than the West, there is a lot of investment going on and improvements to the facilities, there is great shopping to be had in the town of Vila Real de Stº Antonio. Fantastic mostly undiscovered location, has a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes not too comercialised but you can find nightlife if you need it a short taxi ride away. And the stretch of very wide award winning beaches goes on for many Km. It is the perfect location for couples or families.
Manta Rota area
Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes.
Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded.
There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.
How to get there
There are various airlines that fly to Faro but the two that most of our homeowners and clients use are Easy Jet or Monarch. We have a car hire company from whom you can have them meet you in arrivals with a brand new car whichever group you choose which you book with us before your visit by email. We can provide you with maps and details of car hire and private airport transfers and costings.
It is very easy to get to the beach resort of Manta Rota, you get on the main motorway in Faro heading towards ESPANHA you are heading east from Faro Airport, stay on the motorway until Monte Gordo turn off, when you reach the main EN125 road turn right towards ALTURA, go over one roundabout straight on, straight on at traffic lights and straight on at next roundabout. You will then come across the first entrance to Manta Rota turn left. At the first roundabout go straight on then at the mini roundabout turn right, at the end of this road you will find our office ALGARVE MANTA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor the house has an enormous lounge/diner, with ample space to sit and eat or relax, generous kitchen which is fully equipped, downstairs shower room and your private patio to the rear from the kitchen, which has an outdoor shower and a BBQ.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes for your use. The veranda from the bedrooms is big and has space to sit out and catch the afternoon sun.
On the top floor there is a loft bedroom with velux windows and has twin beds, from this room there is a door which leads to another terrace.
Further details outdoors: The pool area is fantastic, also there is a jacuzzi.
The condominium has eight houses so never gets too crowded, and is safe for the children as the condominium is enclosed.
