This two bedroom house provides a relaxing beach holiday.
The area has festivals and parties on the beach at certain times in the year and the local council organise concerts and shows.
Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes.
Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded.
There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.

The Algarve region
The Eastern Algarve is a slightly warmer climate than the West, there is a lot of investment going on and improvements to the facilities, there is great shopping to be had in the town of Vila Real de Stº Antonio. Fantastic mostly undiscovered location, has a variety of restaurants, shops and cafes not too comercialised but you can find nightlife if you need it a short taxi ride away. And the stretch of very wide award winning beaches goes on for many Km. It is the perfect location for couples or families.

In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport.
How to get there
There are various airlines that fly to Faro but the two that most of our homeowners and clients use are Easy Jet or Monarch. We have a car hire company from whom you can have them meet you in arrivals with a brand new car whichever group you choose which you book with us before your visit by email. We can provide you with maps and details of car hire and private airport transfers and costings.
It is very easy to get to the beach resort of Manta Rota, you get on the main motorway in Faro heading towards ESPANHA you are heading east from Faro Airport, stay on the motorway until Monte Gordo turn off, when you reach the main EN125 road turn right towards ALTURA, go over one roundabout straight on, straight on at traffic lights and straight on at next roundabout. You will then come across the first entrance to Manta Rota turn left.

Further details indoors: Lovely two bedroom house very close to the beach of Praia da Lota. Sunny rear patio with BBQ only three minutes walk to the beach, bars and cafes and the glorious very wide family friendly beach.
The house has a lounge which leads to the patio by sliding doors, a fully equipped kitchen a downstairs toilet, then one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds upstairs, both have verandas. Not to be missed good prices. It is in a lovely location.The house has a rear patio with BBQ so you can sit out and enjoy the sun. Also the house has mosquito screens on the windows, air conditioning and english free channels.

On booking a rental deposit of 30% of the value is required, the balance to be paid in full either by bank transfer before you travel or in cash on arrival, please note we cannot accept english cheques or Credit cards.
We offer a support service throughout your stay, we have an office for Sales and Rentals in the village of Manta Rota, close to the property.
Sheets and towels are changed once a week, please note beach towels are not provided.
Should a welcome pack be required there is a small cover fee.
