Newly built and stylishly furnished three bedroom townhouse in an excellent location for renting in the unspoilt and low rise beach resort of Manta Rota. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The living room is nicely decorated and furnished and has a DVD player and TV with satellite channels for your use. The dining room seats 6 people and has patio doors opening onto a good sized terrace where there is a BBQ and sink area together with an outdoor shower. The three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes and balconies, are good sizes and two of which have twin beds. The master bedroom is en-suite. A jacuzzi bath is provided in the main bathroom. The front car port provides safe parking for up to two medium size cars. The roof terrace offers magnificent views of the sea and surrounding countryside.

The Algarve region

Manta Rota is a traditional Algarvian village which has developed at a slow pace and retains much of its charm and character. One of the most attractive features of this area is the wonderful golden sandy beach which is a haven for sun and sea worshippers. Manta Rota has a good selection of restaurants and shops and a bigger selection can be found in the neighbouring resorts of Altura, Monte Gordo and Tavira, all of which are located about half way between Faro and the Spanish border.

Manta Rota / Praia da Lote area

Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort. It has a village feel, there are good restaurants and many cafes.
Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded.
There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops.
In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress, the beach is very long and wide, it stretches from Cacela Velha through to Vila Real the border town to Spain. You are approx 40 minutes drive to Faro Airport.

Restaurant «O Pedro» - V. Nova de Cacela (best for grilled fish) Restaurant «Costa» - Fábrica (after Cacela Velha)- eat on waterfront overlooking the Formosa estuary. Bar at entrance to Cacela Velha - try typical almond liquor. «Pézinhos na Areia» - Praia Verde (beach bar with live music)
