Townhouse with three bedrooms very close to the blue flag beaches of Manta Rota. The house has all the confort for a perfect holiday. Large garden with private pool and outside shower and brick built bbq.

The house is situated in the south of Manta Rota and close to the village, shops, supermarket and restaurants. Besides the garden the house has a large roof terrace where you can enjoy a late afternoon cold wine.

The Algarve region

The Eastern Algarve is relatively unspoilt and retains a great deal of the traditional Portuguese way of life. The area abounds in nature reserves, natural pine forests and conservation areas allowing birds & nature to flourish. North of the villa is an area of outstanding natural beauty alongside the Guadiana river, past the great dams of Beliche and Odeleite and on up to Alcoutim. Here can be found artisans still practising the ancient techniques of crafts such as blanket weaving, shawl & lace making, and straw hat & basket weaving. Nearby and to the west is the pretty town of Tavira, with its castle and a multitude of churches, now enjoying renewed prosperity from tourism and fishing. The local beaches are "to die for" and yet are so uncommercialised, apart from the welcome existence of the occasional restaurant, positioned right on the sands, serving local, freshly-caught fish and seafood.

Manta Rota / Praia da Lote area

Manta Rota is a small village located between Tavira and Monte Gordo. It has a nice boulevard and a small city centre. Altura is known for its beautiful beaches. If you are looking for some culture the city of Tavira is only 15 minutes away. Faro Airport is about 45 minutes away.

The townhouse is modern but very comfortable. In the hallway there is a separate shower room. The kitchen as well as the livingroom give access to the garden with you private pool. On the terrace there is a separate BBQ area and a pergola for the shade. The livingroom and one of the bedrooms has Airco so not all bedrooms. As mentioned the garage is converted into a bedroom but this is very nicely done. All bedrooms are spacious and have built -in wardrobes. The townhouse is very light and because it is situated so close to beach ideal for beach lovers.
