Set in 4.5 acres the main grounds immediately around the villa has been landscaped, the large 12m x 6m saltwater pool is a short walk across the grass which also has a 2.5m x 2.5m baby pool attached, the whole pool area has been tiled giving ample sun bathing area's. There is a large BBQ area with seating for 12 around a large table + an outback gas BBQ. To the side of the property is an Atrium which links Eden to Little Eden and to the rear of the property is a large terrace for either sun bathing or outdoor table tennis.
At the top of the driveway there is ample outside parking or a huge garage if required

Our management company will be at Eden for your arrival to show you around answer any questions you may have and be on hand should you need anything or have any problems during your stay.
Check In : will be from 16.00hours on the day of arrival. (Should there be no outgoing guests on that day it may be possible to arrive a little earlier)
Check Out : will be 10.00hours ( again should there be no incoming guests on the day it may be possible to leave a little later)
Our cleaning team are excellent and efficient but require many hours to clean the villa to a high standard hence the reason reasons for the minimum check in and check out times
Note for wheelchair users : there is an uphill tiled pathway from the parking area, this leads to the garden area and the front of the house, there are 2 step's up to the house, inside there are no steps on the ground floor.
Conditions
Please Note : We do not charge any extra for school holidays i.e. Easter, Christmas or Half Term
Prices include : All bed linen, Villa and Pool towels and final clean at the end of your stay.
Extra's : Air Conditioning £150.00 per week
Heating £150.00 per week
Pool Heating £ 175.00 per week
Extra cleaning/laundry services can be tailored to your requirements at additional cost, should this be required we request you pay the cleaning team or our managing agents directly.
Deposit : We request a 30% deposit to secure your booking and final payment will be due 8 weeks prior to your vacation dates.
Security /Breakage Deposit : As is normal with all rental properties a security deposit will need to be paid and held either by us or locally with the managing agents prior to the vacation date.
Due to many people having early flights home the logistic's of a villa check out at 04.00hours is not practical
therefore the security deposit will be refunded by the owners within 10 - 14 days of your departure from the villa.

Tavira is the largest big town to Eden which is only a 10 minute drive away. A wonderfully historic town retaining much of its 18th century architecture. With a busy fishing port it has some of the finest restaurants with the best catches of the day.
A short boat trip can take you to the beaches of Isla De Tavira or choose to explore the tiny streets and myriad of shops.
To the East of the villa you will find the town of Castro Marim with its castle and fort still keeping watch over the town and Vila Real de Santo Antonio an elegant town with its central square lined with orange trees.
Drive over the wonderful landmark bridge you enter Spain and the town of Ayamonte.The harbour is lined with small bars and restaurants serving the very best of both countries.
Eden is a golfers paradise with a selection of the very best courses ready to challenge any level of player. We are on the doorstep of Monte -Rei, now recognised to be the number 1 course in Portugal and only 10 minutes from Quinta da Vale ,the newest course to have been designed by the legendary Sevi Ballesteros.
The Ria Formosa provides a haven for wildlife and a wonderful array of birds, the perfect spot for any nature enthusiast.
With the dramatic coastline boat trips are plentiful and a great way to find some of the best hidden beaches, while the mountains provide spectacular walks or mountain biking.
The Eastern Algarve is the hidden gem with incredible diversity that really has something special to offer everyone.
The Manta Rota area
Manta Rota is a small town and the first along the Ria Formosa that has direct access to the beach.It is still very Portuguese with a relaxed feel and all the Algarvian traditions intact. Small bars and restaurants line the main street, with the butchers being the meeting place for all. Meat like no other ! pork that will make your mouth water and a host of new delicacies that must be sampled.The town has a supermarket and regular fish market on the edge of the beach.
Vila Nova de Cacela is the nearest town and is only separated from Manta Rota by the N 125. Again the town boasts all local amenities and has a wonderful market selling everything once a week.

Flights are generally available from regional airports and there are a good choice of budget airlines travelling to Faro International airport, general flight times are 2.5 hours. A short 45 minute car journey will bring you to Eden.
A taxi service is available from the airport to the villa, this can be arranged by our management company.
The owners have used several car hire companies from Faro, if you need any idea's as to which companies, we would be happy to supply them.
A car is essential to enjoy the area.
