A brand new Provencal-style villa situated beside an 18 hole golf course with restauant in the Luberon Nature Reserve ideal for a small group or a family holiday.
This is a spacious house with a large living room/sejour with beamed high ceiling, wood burning stove, comfortably furnished and patio doors leading out to the terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and it has a breakfast bar. There are 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower/wc and there are double doors leading to the shaded terrace.
The large terrace overlooking the garden with view of woodland where you can enjoy the wonderful Provencal weather and cook and dine alfresco. The terrace is shaded and ideal for out-door living. There is also a large shared swimming pool.
The Parc du Luberon (1200sq. km) has an extensive range of leisure activities. Whether it's walking, hiking, cycling, golf, horse riding, boating or tennis you enjoy they are all on your doorstep. You can enjoy Opera in Aix en Provence or Orange, the wonderful local markets or in Aix en Provence (sat. mornings).
The Gorges du Verdon, Europe's deepest gorge, is just an hours drive away where you can enjoy rock-climbing, kayaking and white water rafting.The opportunity to ski is less than 2 hours away!

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region
Situated in the extensive Luberon Nature Reserve in the Alpes de Haute Provence, the climate is warm ,dry and sunny in Summer, cold and mostly dry in winter, with snow covered mountains visible in the distance.
Manosque / Pierrevert area
The historic village of Pierrevert is 3 kms away and can be reached by walking on lanes close to Golf course. Cycling routes are clearly defined. Ten minutes away Manosque features a charming Old Quarter with narrow streets and markets as well as shops and hypermarkets on the outskirts.
Aix en Provence the nearest city just a 35 min. drive. On the other hand if it's a relaxing holiday you like there are two vineyards as well as a number of superb restaurants within a few minutes drive.
How to get there
Less than an 1 hour north of Marseille Airport (Marignane) served by main and low-cost airlines (Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI Baby etc.) with numerous car-rental companies (Hertz, Europecar, Easy Car, etc.).
The Aix-en-Provence TGV station provides new access to the TGV in the Aix en Provence area, you no longer have to go to Marseille. The TGV Mediterranee links Aix-en-Provence with the whole of France as well as Europe (direct links to Brussels, Geneva and connections to London, Amsterdam, Cologne & Milan).

The master bedroom has an en suite shower/wc/whb, a second bathroom has a bath/wc/shower /whb. The other 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with 2 single beds each.
Further details outdoors: Large terrace overlooking garden with view of woodland where you can enjoy the wonderful Provencal weather and cook and dine alfresco. Outdoor furniture is provided with table & 6 chairs plus 6 sun loungers.
The large shared swimming pool (15 x 8m) is secure and the neighbouring golf course is a challenge as are the 5 other 18 hole courses within an hours drive.

Conditions
Preferred change over day is Saturday. A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remainder of the payment is required 4 weeks before occupancy. A returnable deposit of 400 euros is required (paid on arrival, refunded on departing). Electricity, Linen, and Towels are included as required at no extra charge.
