The apartment is situated in a great position, has hot and cold air conditioning so perfect for winter breaks as well as hot summer hols, spacious balcony with sea views, safe parking and a fantastic swimming pool.

The garden and pool area are fabulous, very peaceful and superbly maintained.

There is always plenty of parking space and the development has friendly residents around every day, so perfectly safe.

The Manilva Beach Development has a welcoming feel to it and is ideal for families and couples alike. The apartment has a contemporary yet cosy feel to it, with quality furnishings, tv, dvd player and fully equipped kitchen appliances.

One double bedroom is en-suite and the twin bedroom has a shower room and WC next to it, both showers are power showers. Fully equipped kitchen, lifts and a secure gated community.

The fantastic Duquesa Marina is only 5 minutes away and the popular Estepona 10 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are in abundance at the nearby Spanish town of Sabinillas.

I recommend the wonderful sandy beach at Torreguardo, only a few minutes drive from the apartment.

The apartment is newly furnished, two leather sofas, light wood coffee table and side tables and quality patio furniture that doubles as dining room furniture in the winter.

All kitchen and electrical appliances are brand new. Plenty of drawer and wadrobe space.The air conditioning system is very easy to use!

Satellite TV/free view box has recently been installed, DVD player is also installed.

The garden and pool area are idyllic and well maintained. The development certainly has a relaxed and safe feel to it.

Most guests who stay park just outside our block, there is always plenty of parking spaces. If you require underground parking please advise when booking.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.

Although this apartment is to rent owners also use it often ourselves, so we ask holidaymakers to treat it respectfully.

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE 3 OF THESE APARTMENTS IN TOTAL, all similar, therefore we can accommodate larger parties.

The Costa del Sol region

The Manilva Region has most definitely got a lovely 'Spanish' feel to it. The location of Manilva Beach gives you many varied options of places to visit.

With an abundance of bars and restaurants nearby at Duquesa and Estepona, Manilva is a place to relax and unwind as well as enjoy yourself to the full.

The area benefits from all year round sunshine, even January temperatures can reach 20 degrees!

There are many places of interest to choose from, including Selwo Safari Park and Algeciras Water Park, both fantastic for kids, the famous Rock of Gibraltar which is popular for duty free goods, and also the El Corte Ingles Supermarket in Puerto Banus, selling everything from fresh fish to designer clothes.

Duquesa is a small but bustling port full of atmosphere with its labyrinth of small streets and steps you will find countless bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Artists line the waters edge and musicians walk the streets entertaining the diners. There are several good water parks and theme parks along the coast for fun days out. Inland you will find the typically Spanish villages of Mijas, Casares and Ronda with spectacular views which are well worth a visit. You can also take a boat over to North Africa for a day trip from nearby Algeciras. Watersports are available from Duquesa Port and dolphin spotting trips from Gibraltar. Fishing is very popular in the area, both sea and course fishing in many of the nearby lakes or you might like to swim in the healing waters of the nearby Roman Baths. There is something for everyone in this corner of Spain from watersports to golf, theme parks to places of historic interest and culture. Come and discover Puerto de la Duquesa - 'Spain's Best Kept Secret.'

I recommend a trip up to Benahavis to eat in the evening, especially Eugenio's restaurant in the square. Its and uplifting experience! Benahavis is a traditional Spanish Town with a wonderful feel to it, packed with cosy tapas bars and restaurants.....

In Duquesa there are many nice places to eat, including traditional Spanish, Chinese, Indian and Teppanyaki.

Before eating in the evening I would recommend a drink at Bar Duquesa, it has a great feel to it.
