Tropicana is ideal for families. The twin bedroom and master bedroom both have built in wardrobes which ultimately means more space. Two bathrooms means one for the children , and the very large terrace is ideal for sunbathing, Al Fresco dining or just lie back on the terrace sofa with a good book. The complex is walking distance to local shops( including large supermarket) restaurants and bars. There is also a children's play area just outside the complex.

The main town is a 10 minute walk as are the beaches . The restaurants and cafes in the main port of Duquesa cater for all tastes. This is well worth a visit and only a short stroll from main beach.

The Complex is managed 24 hours a day and the main entrance is accessed by a security gate which requires a private access code . There is private underground secure parking or the option to park outside the Complex.

All the main windows have security blinds and the main terrace sliding doors and kitchen doors are secured with additional lockable grills .

The Andalucia region

The climate and temperature in Costa del Sol is mostly sunny all year round . Places of interest would be the white villages like Ronda which is an historic town 45 minutes drive from the coast. Along the coast the Gilbratar is something to see and takes about 30 40 minutes to reach. Seville known for its history and culture is approximately 2 to 3 hours drive as is Cadiz thought to be one of Europes oldest cities.

Malaga also has a lot to offer and is a lot closer. Visit the the Piacasso museum or just walk around the city and enjoy the different archaeological remains and monuments from Roman, Arabian and Christian epochs


The area of Duquesa is a very popular holiday resort on the Costa Del Sol . It is known for its stylish port /marina lined with a good number of restaurants cafes bars and shops and the choice of cuisine is vast . The atmosphere in Duquesa is quite lively and the bars provide entertainment through to the early hours of the morning. More recently it has become a popular area for golfers as there are a couple of good quality golf courses close by .

The "blue flag" beach stretches for 1650 metres between the port and the rio de Manilva and includes the entire frontage of the town centre of Sabinillas. The cafes and restaurants of Sabinillas that face the beach are varied and plentiful catering for all tastes .

Manilva town sits above Sabinillas approximately 2km from the coast . The town is steeped with history and culture. The history of Manilva dates back to Neolithic period or New Stone Age and remains from this period can be found in more than 20 archaelogical sites in the area . Acres and acres of vineyards surround the region with Moscatel grapes converted not only to wine but also raisins which can be seen drying in the hillsides during September .

For the children their are water parks, zoo's the crocodile park, sea world, and Funny beach with Go Carting just to mention a few. A perfect location for the perfect holiday.
