Our spacious and comfortable holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 sun terraces. It is fully equipped with all you should need for your holiday including full sized fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you should need for your holiday.
Manilva Heights is located in the traditional Spanish village of Manilva which is 5 mins drive from the beach. It has stunning views from both terraces down to the coast. It is a short drive away from Gibraltar, Duqesa, Sotogrande, Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Sabillinas is 5 mins down the hill where there is an excellent supply of shops, bars and restaurants.
The famous Valderrama and San Roque golf courses within 20 mins. Traditional spanish village of Cesares a few minutes drive away.

Living and Dining area
Both the living and dining area are air conditioned.
The living area has 2 3-seater sofas and the following equipment: TV, DVD player, Sky TV.
The dining area has a 6-seater table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, hob & oven, kettle, toaster as well as all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and pans you should need for your holiday.
All the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ample wardrobe space and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, ample wardrobe space.
Both Bedroom 1 and 2 have patio doors out to a ground floor patio area.
Bedroom 3 is a large bedroom which has enough room for 4 full sized single beds. The photo only shows it made up for 2 beds.
There are 2 sun terraces for you to enjoy the sun and the al fresco dining. The 1st terrace is outside of the living/dining area where there is a table and seating for 6. The roof terrace is accessed from the 1st terrace by a spiral staircase. The views from the sun terrace are stunning looking out towards the coast and on clear days can see the Gibraltar, Marbella and the northern coast of Africa. This terrace also has a patio table, seating for 4 and 4 sun loungers.
In our basement there are outdoor games equipment, deckchairs and umbrellas which you are welcome to use during your stay.

There are well maintained gardens with a central pool area with a family and children's pool so plenty of opportunity to soak up the Spanish sun. There are also toilets and shower facilities at the pool side.
The Costa del Sol region
This part of the Costa del Sol is much quieter and more "Spanish" in its way of life. The region has miles of golden sandy beaches and of course, the fantastic hot sunny weather.
Our house is ideally located for international renowned golf courses. Places nearby to visit are Gibraltar, Marbella and even Northern Africa. There are also lots of opportunities for walking if you are looking for more than a traditional family holiday.
Traditionally the beaches here are long and sandy, very clean with children's play areas on the beach. The surf on these beaches can get quite high, so there are also beaches nearby in a bay setting which may be safer for children.
This is a traditional Spanish village with several bars serving up fantastic traditional Spanish food which is cooked fresh each day. There are also the local Roman baths which are still in use today.
San Luis de Sabinillas
This is a small seaside village with a very traditional Spanish style. There are lots of seafront bars and restaurants and houses which sell ice cream directly from their front windows! This resort really comes alive at night with the local families promenading along the front until late at night.
Along the front there are also several play areas and a local market which visits.
This picturesque port comes alive at night with an abundance of bars, clubs, shops and international restaurants.
Castillo de Duqesa
This is just to the west of Puerto Duqesa which have several excellent restaurants and beach bars. The castle is open to the public for a short walk around.

"Escape to this relaxing location with all the comforts of home and fabulous views"
We arrived at the house close to midnight having driven from Malaga airport and found it easily with the directions provided from the owner. We were a family group of 6 made up of Grandparents, Parents and adult children looking for a quiet relaxing break. The house was approached from the entrance in the garage directly into the basement. The entrance to the garage is quiet narrow but just needs careful negotiation whilst the parking bay is wide and deep giving plenty of parking space. The door in the parking space leads upstairs onto the first level where the three bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The third bedroom is enormous with additional beds underneath the two single beds if needed. Bedrooms one and two are a double with ensuite and a twin adjacent to the main bathroom. All three have a superb amount of wardrobe hanging space.
The stairs from this floor lead up to the lounge / dining area and the separate fully equipped kitchen and separate toilet. The front door is on this floor and facing East is a lovely warm, sunny place in the morning. The terrace on the opposite side of the house is well equipped with table and six chairs and is a great sunny space in the afternoon and evening for relaxing and dining. The roof terrace is reached by the spiral staircase from this terrace and offers fabulous views down to the coast where North Africa can be seen and dramatic views of the mountains inland. Good drying up here for those who love washing on holiday!!!
The Super Sol supermarket down the hill towards Sabinillas has everything you need but for the enthusiast the Carrefour in Estepona 8km away is a must.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday staying at a lovely townhouse in a quiet location,just what we all needed.We found this house one of the best we have stayed in ,it was clean and just lovely.The views are just out of this world and nydia who met us which was very late at night was so helpful and explained everything and told me to ring her if we needed anything that was great to have,also the information at the house is very useful.We will be returning to this house again as it was everything we wanted and even the two teens enjoyed it,as well as the pool.Great place great people and thanks for all your help.
