Keys are provided to the guest for a property on the understanding that they are responsible for it whilst they are staying in it.

There will be a charge for any lost keys and you will be responsible for any other expenses in relation to replacing locks, locksmith call out charges etc.

We will deliver to you all the information you need by email prior to arrival. It is important that you follow the instructions we provide to avoid confusion - please read them. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of changes to your email address and/or telephone numbers and any flight information you have provided to us.

Check-in after 16.00 and departure by 11.00. (These times may be flexible). Late Check-out may be possible but must be agreed with us before the date of departure. Late departures may be subject to a "late departure fee".

Upon check in credit card details will be taken to cover any accidental damage which may occur during your stay. The property will be checked for any damage on departure and any costs incurred will be advised at this time.

Payments can be made by card or bank transfer.

The final balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. If you have not contacted us then we will collect the final balance using the card details already provided.

Failure to pay your final balance within 28 days of arrival may result in cancellation of your booking and the loss of your deposit.

If the behaviour of any of the guests is in the opinion of us unacceptable, then we reserve the right to ask them to leave the property and/or terminate the rental agreement immediately. This policy is for the benefit of all our guests.

Cancellation of your booking will result in loss of deposit in all cases. Cancellation of your booking within 28 days of arrival will result in payment of 50% of the total booking value. Any amount already paid above 50% of the booking value will be returned.

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any accident, injury or damage, and any related expenses which you incur whilst staying in the property.

It is recommended that you take out Travel Insurance cover before arriving with adequate cover to meet any possible expenses either medical, consequential or third party.

The Andalucia region

Visitors to the complex have the advantage of being located within a stone´s throw of some of the best golf courses the Costa del Sol has to offer such as Finca Cortesin. All local amenities can be found in Sabinillas located just 2 minutes drive away. Traditionally a fishing village, Sabinillas has grown in recent years to a small town offering shops, banks, supermarkets and a variety of buzzing little traditional Spanish bars serving tapas and montaditos (small tapas served on bread). It has a clean sandy beach backed by a lovely promenade where you can find great fish restaurants and bars.

With more than 2 million visitors each year the Costa del Sol follows the coastline for 80 kms from Malaga down to Gibraltar and is one of Spain´s most popular tourist destination. The average temperature throughout the year is 18 with more than 300 days of sunshine providing a perfect mild climate for use of the miles of blue flag sandy beaches and numerous outdoor activities including more than 70 golf courses. Malaga the main town of the Costa del Sol has recently seen large scale restoration and renovation of the central zone containing numerous churches and historic buildings, together with museums and the birthplace of world famous artist, Pablo Picasso. Other popular towns along the coastline include Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella all providing their own special appeal and charm, the costa del Sol has something to offer for every taste in holiday destination.

Manilva

Situated in the western part of the Costa del Sol, sometimes known as "the other Costa del Sol" as it retains much of its unspoilt scenery and authentic Spanish character, Don Juan is within easy reach of Gibraltar for a day trip to see the monkeys on the rock, or for some tax free shopping. You are also just half an hours drive from the world renowned buzzing nightlife of Puerto Banus and Marbella, or if you fancy a trip to the picturesque white villages inland from the coast, Casares and Gaucin can be reached by car in just 20 minutes.

Duquesa is a beautiful Spanish marina – full of charming restaurants and bars covering all tastes and nationalities. This is approx 20 min walk from the apartment or 5 mins by car.
