The complex lies in Manerba del Garda, in front of the peninsula of Sirmione, in a very quiet gulf, far away from traffic roads.

It has a 27.000 sq.mt park, with oleanders and palms, which ends by the lake on a gently sloping beach. The apartment enjoy a beautiful lake view, air-conditioning with adjustable temperature, big ceiling fan in each room, safe box, living-room with Satellite-Tv (32' LCD-HD) with hundreds programs, a second tv-sat in a bedroom.

The apartment have a large covered terrace, with garden furniture, table and chairs, which is particularly useful for breakfast or to eat outside.

The kitchenette-corner is equipped with four fires, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, electric coffee-maker, toaster. Wall hair-dryer is present in the bathroom, safe in the sleeping room. The Apartment has its own covered parking-place. Closed garage for surfs, bicycles, motorbikes and rubber dinghies.

On the lake side, on the border to the beach, the complex offers you a free of charge 18 holes Minigolf course, stretching on an area of about 2000 square meters, a pleasant attraction for adults and children. In another area of the park especially equipped for children you will find a playground with slide and swings.

Not far from the four swimming-pools (two for adults and two for children) you will also find the table-tennis. The tennis court is located in a beautiful position overlooking the lake. It is free of charge until about the end of June and from the beginning of September.

For motorboats there are electric capstan, slipway, buoys and parking-places for motorboats trailers. Motorboats' owners will receive all the necessary keys for using the different facilities. At the reception our staff will give you all the assistance and the information you need.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area

With its clear, clean and warm water, sunny beaches, mild climate and Mediterranean vegetation, Lake Garda is like a small sea set between the last spurs of the Alps and the Lombardy plain.

Garda has been a favoured spot since Roman times and has been lauded by poets and writers through the ages, for example, Catullus, Goethe, Joyce and D'Annunzio. It unites its natural beauty with the traces of its history, from Roman remains to Liberty.

Manerba del Garda area

The areas in Manerba are: Pieve Vecchia, Solarolo, Montinelle, Gardoncino e Balbiana. Manerba is spread over on of the most outstanding promontories on Lake Garda. Known still today as "Rocca di Manerba" (Manerba Fort), there are unfortunately no remains of the ancient castle built on the top of the promontory by the Longobards in the 8th century. Below the rocky outcrop, which falls sheer into the water, there are lovely little bays with pebble beaches and a causeway that joins the mainland to the tiny San Biagio island; it is altogether a perfect area for canoeing. Not far away there is the port of Dusano and beaches at "Il Torcolo" and "La Romantica" suitable small children.

The Romanesque church of Santa Maria is worth visiting for its frescoes and Roman tombstones.

How to get there

The nearest airport are Verona (40 km), Brescia-Montichiari (25 km), Milano-Bergamo (50 Km). Cheap Fly are available from Ryanair.com or Easyjet.co.uk or a lot of other fly companies from all Europe. Car hire available from all international car hire companies or local like europcar.it or targetrent.it. The nearest train station is Desenzano (20 Km) from where you can take a taxi or bus (bus stop at 800 mt from our location).
