Apartment in small residence beautifully landscaped with three swimming pools with cascading waterfalls to suit all ages, one pool has hydrotherapy area. There is a barbecue area with bar/kiosk which serves drinks/lunch/snacks alongside a children's play area aswell a three tennis courts and football courts. The complex which has its own lifeguards and own security. Only a five minute walk to the port/marina full of restaurants/bars and where boats can be hired and in the opposite direction a five minute walk to Manerba village with all amenities. A ten minute car ride will take you to local town of Desenzano which accesses all lake towns via ferry. There are babysitting facilities on request. Airport collection/drop-off services at an additional charge.The apartment is very tastefully finished with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed. the second bedroom has two bunk beds and the third bedroon has another bunk bed with pull out third bed. There are two bathrooms and a large open plan living/kitcen area which opens out onto a large balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and lake. A great family holiday or romantic holiday, this area and apartment cater for all.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area

Lake Garda speaks for itself!. There are many towns/places of interest to visit from Sirmione the fortified town to Bardolina the town of Wines. For fun there are many theme parks especially Gardaland. Temperatures usually range from 20 degrees in May to 25 - 30 degrees in August. You can take a boat out on the lake or one of the many pedalos, There are many fine restaurants and if you eat local produce and drink local wine it actually works out quite cheap. You are only 20 minutes from the town of Verona made famous by Romeo and Juliet and half way between Venice and Milan.
There are many excellent golf courses, old and new..

Manerba del Garda area

There are many theme parks nearby. There is the port of Manerba with many fine restaurants. From the next town you can cross by ferry to any town on the lake. You can hire out a boat for the day and go exploring or simply go bike riding or sunbathing on the beach.

How to get there

There are three airports currently serving Lake Garda. Milan Malpensa {2 hours away]. Milan Linate [1.5 hours away] both served by various airlines [aer lingus if flying from Dublin]. The closest is Milan Bergamo [1 hour from airport to apartment] and this is served by again many carriers in particular Ryan Air. There are direct flights to Brescia which is 20mins away from Stanstead.

From Airport:

Milan - take the A4 in the direction of Venice [Venezia]
Bergamo - thke the A4 in the direction of Venice [Venezia]
Verona - take the A4 in the direction of Milano
Venice - take the A4 in the direction of Milano
