It’s just 2km from the old town centre of Manerba del Garda and only 3km from the lake and lovely Romantica beach. The residence is gated offering safety for children.
A short stroll will bring you to a few restaurants and bars, take-away pizzeria and a bank and golfing fans will enjoy the world famous 27-hole Garda Golf course, just 800 metres away.
Our apartment has been tastefully decorated and have tiled flooring, heating, fully furnished kitchen with microwave oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, satellite TV and private safe. Each apartment has air conditioning.
The residence has a wonderful swimming pool area with sun loungers and parasols.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Lake Garda is the largest of the Italian Lakes and has a gentle climate, superb scenery, and some of the best windsurfing in Europe. Lake Garda's varied scenery combines the lush citrus groves, olives and vines of the Brescia Riviera and the sophisticated resorts of the western shore. Majestic mountains tower in the background and the sparkling waters of the lake are breathtaking. It's closeness to alpine mountains, the Adriatic sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice, make it an ideal destination.
Lake Garda is ideal for windsurfing, sailing and canoeing as well as for yachting, fishing and diving. The inland area surrounding the lake is perfect for people fond of mountain-biking and horse-riding, for golf and tennis fans and for those who enjoy taking long walks or trekking in the surrounding mountains, where in winter you can also ski.

The rear patio area and garden looks on to the back of the apartment and offers plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and for the children to play. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views over the local countryside and the spectacular mountain, Monte Baldo in the distance.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has a good living area with kitchen; 2 bedrooms and a bright bathroom with jacuzzi shower. There is a double sofa bed in the living area and the apartment has air conditioning.
