Located directly on the beach in the gulf of Manerba, our residence is in unique position surrounded by stunning lake views and 30,000 m2 of park. With direct access to the beach and a wonderful swimming pool, we’re certain there’s something for everyone.
Our residence is in an ideal position for exploring this part of the western shore of Lake Garda: we are only a few kilometres from the local villages of Manerba del Garda and San Felice del Benaco and the main towns of Salò and Desenzano.
Our apartments are spacious ( 1 bedroom 50m2 and 2 bedroom 70m2), well furnished and fully equipped with living area opening on to your terrace or patio; kitchen area; 1 or 2 bedrooms; Satellite TV; air conditioning & heating.
Nearly all of the apartments have lake views!
Our apartments have a private parking space within the residence and there is a private boat slipway should you wish to bring your boat. We can organise a buoy on request. There are washing facilities in the residence.
There is a restaurant within walking distance and close-by there is a supermarket, bicycle and motorboat hire, windsurf school, disco and much more.

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Experience the extravagant beauty of the largest of the Italian Lakes, Lake Garda, with its gentle climate, superb scenery, and some of the best windsurfing in Europe. Lake Garda's varied scenery combines the lush citrus groves, olives and vines of the Brescia Riviera and the sophisticated resorts of the western shore. Majestic mountains tower in the background and the sparkling waters of the lake are breathtaking. It's closeness to alpine mountains, the Adriatic sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice, make it an ideal destination.
Lake Garda is ideal for windsurfing, sailing and canoeing as well as for yachting, fishing and diving. The inland area surrounding the lake is perfect for people fond of mountain-biking and horse-riding, for golf and tennis fans and for those who enjoy taking long walks or trekking in the surrounding mountains, where in winter you can also ski.
And for children, there's Gardaland, one of the biggest theme parks in Europe and CanevaWorld, one of the lake's numerous water parks.
It is impossible to become bored in Lake Garda after dark. For those who enjoy a livelier night, there are discos, pubs and live-music venues, whilst those who prefer to relax can take advantage of the magical atmosphere created by the lights glittering on the lake surface. To complement these views, in the summer the night sky is often filled with fireworks.

This pretty, romantic town is located in the hills of the Valtenesi close to the Lake. San Felice is covered in small lanes, green areas and gardens. At the bottom of the impressive, overgrown ruins of the 14th century castle there are idyllic spots for picnics. Between the ports of Porto San Felice and Porto Portese, the promontory San Fermo reaches out into the Lake.
Opposite Cape San Fermo is the biggest island on Lake Garda, "Isola del Garda". The beautiful natural park on the island offers a wide range of plants from all over the world: conifers, cedars, lemon orchards, laurels, plane trees and pines all frame the fabulous villa, with its wonderful Italian gardens and statues. The island has its own small port with a tower, built almost two centuries ago. Visitors are welcome.
