Middle level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, fabulous kitchen, lovely dining room overlooking the canals, very comfortable lounge with flat screen TV, DVD and sound system. Also off this level is a private balcony with BBQ facilities and outdoor table and chairs.

Ground level has a games room with lounges opening onto pergola with access to grassed area and private jetty and canals. Games room has additional TV and DVD, and powder room.
Lockable 2 car garage and other secure parking behind security gate. Table tennis and pool table can be setup in the garage.

The property is situated just south of Mandurah near the Cut Golf course and on the Port Bouvard canals.
Travelling from Perth, take the Kwinana Freeway to the end and exit west onto Safety Bay Road. Then turn south onto Ennis Ave and follow this road right through to Mandurah and then to Port Bouvard, turning off (right) at Northport Blv. The property is situated about 1Km further on just before the beach.
