Our three-bedroom, air-condtioned single-storey Villa is in the heart of Mandurah - south of Perth on the Indian Ocean... with lovely Peel Inlet on the doorstep. Walk to most local town attractions.
As sais, prospective new MIGRANTS are especially welcome - as a place to "get organised" on arrival to WA or as a place for a "first visit" in preparation to coming to live! We can help you, as we know our state very well! Good longer term rates.
It is a great "jump-off" for your visit to our South-West corner of WA.

... Close to PERTH, our capital city's attractions are a train-ride or freeway drive away. Perth is a lovely city to visit from Mandurah.
And from MANDURAH you can also drive to Margaret RIver, Bunbury and Busselton or go through to the South-Coast and around to Albany - wineries, craft, beaches, historic sites, caves, etc.
Mandurah has the Annual "CrabFest" and other special weekends during the year. In winter (June-September) the City is quieter and some guests rather like that - the costs are lower too!
Bus and Rail services to Perth are available . Airport or local Car Hire is available.

How to get there
... Mandurah is a holiday coastal town, 74 km (one hour drive) on Freeway, south of Perth. Our place is a short walk from TOWN and MANDURAH VISITOR CENTRE.
Either hire a car from Perth Airport or go by shuttle bus to Perth and catch the train. Good Perth-Mandurah RAIL service and local shuttle-bus almost to our door! Regular shuttle buses - airport to Perth.
Hire cars available (Airport - or hire locally at Mandurah).
Mandurah is Perth's 'holiday spot' and the gateway to our South-West region of WA.

Further details indoors: ... "Our Place" is a single-storey (easy-access, no stairs) 3 bedroom villa. It is AIR-CONDITIONED (cooling & heating). It has a loungeroom with TV etc. It has a security-alarm for you to use. It is clean and well maintained.
BEDROOMS (1) and (2) as above, each have QUEENSIZE BEDS & Bedroom (3) has one DOUBLE and one SINGLE bunk and a "study area". LINEN (sheets, towels etc - self-wash) is supplied to overseas and interstate guests.
Guests can contact the owner for any help. We can supply a MOBILE PHONE if requested, with a pre-paid account. The villa is a fully self-catering, self-cleaning and is a well equipped home.
There are lots of 'eating-out' places and 'take-away' outlets close by - walking distance! (Fish & Chips, Chinese, Italian, Coffee shops, etc)
We have FOXTEL SATELLITE digital TV (with extra channels etc) as well as local TV. ....

The rear covered, paved COURYARD area is great for easy outdoor eating and drinks - or a quiet read!.
Its EASY WALKING into town and the ocean swimming beach is REALLY just 400m down our street! .........
