The home is a Solar passive design ,double insulated with tall ceilings, tinted windows, wide verandahs on the Western side keeping the house protected from afternoon sun, and lots of windows allowing the cool sea breezes to flow in. Shade sails in the back garden give the patio shade whilst still allowing light into the home, at the same time keeping it cool. Pedestal fans are supplied for extra comfort. Fitted robes in 4 of the 5 bedrooms with lots of hangers. Both bathrooms have showers and baths, with shampoo/conditioner/soap and body wash. Lovely relaxing spa bath in the en suite bathroom! Cot and Highchair by request. Separate lounge,with 42" Plasma TV,DVD Variety of DVD,Video,CD and Cassette tapes for your entertainment. Large 8 seater dining,with 2 bar stools at breakfast bar. Family room with TV, video and CD sound system Games room has assorted toys, books,games and puzzles stored in window seat. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and lots of time saving appliances. The pantry is stocked with various staples, rice, pasta,coffee,tea,sugar,uht milk, salt, pepper, oil.etc,whatever is there is for your use. Conditions
25% of total rental is payable as" Initial Deposit" upon booking confirmation. The balance of the rental and AUD$500 Security Deposit is required eight weeks prior(or earlier) to Arrival Date(allowing adequate time for cheques/bank transfers to be cleared) A payment plan can be worked out for your convenience. The "Security Deposit" is fully refunded within two weeks of your departure upon satisfactory inspection. Booking Contract and conditions sent on application and prior to booking confirmation.
