This 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms villa is just a 5 minutes drive from Paphos airport and based in the rural coastal village of Mandria which is set amongst orange groves. Mandria is a 10 minute drive to the picturesque historical town of Paphos and the Harbour area with its ancient mosaics, and historical sites, the beautiful sandy beach at Coral Bay, and the Paphos Water Park.
The villa is very private and set in spacious well planted gardens in a very quiet area and has off road parking. It is fully air conditioned, and has a large open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted, well equipped separate kitchen. The 8m x 4m swimming pool is illuminated at night.

The Paphos District
Paphos Old Town with its market and winding streets are worth visiting and you can experience both the modern and ancient culture of this historic town.
The 2 traditional Cypriot Tavernas, 3 International restaurants, local supermarkets and unspoilt village centre are a gentle 5 minute stroll away from the Villa and the order of the day is ‘just chill!’.
If you enjoy golfing, just 8 minutes drive east from the Villa will bring you to TWO golf courses, Secret Valley, a par 74 course, and the award winning Aphrodite Hills with its 71 par course built across two plateaus separate by a ravine is just next door. A third course at Tsada is situated 15km north east of Paphos and is approximately 30 minutes drive away. All of these courses offer wonderful playing experiences as well as first class facilities, and the climate of Cyprus makes year round golf a viable and attractive option.
Mandria area
Mandria is central for exploring many of the small mountain villages, the Troodos Mountains and other tourist attractions. Car Hire is available locally, and at reasonable rates, or you can arrange with a Car rental company to meet you or leave the car for your collection at the airport if you wish. However, we can, on request provide transport from PAPHOS International Airport to the Villa and return, at a cost of 40Euros per every 4 passengers which is payable to the driver. This service must be requested when booking the property, together with flight details and a contact name to be displayed at the airport.
How to get there
Nearest airport is 5 minutes in a taxi. Coming out from Paphos airport, with a car it's left out of the airport to the T junction, right at theT junction, over the motorway and first right opposite the petrol station. Carry on straight through the centre of the village to T junction, turn left and then first right, and immediately first right again. Then take the first left into Michael Karioli Street. The property is second house on left with tall trees a long the front of the property.

Further details indoors: The Villa has a large open-plan lounge and dining area with a fully fitted, well equipped separate kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances comprising dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, and a water cooler.
There is a large flat screen TV with Sky Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player for your entertainment in the lounge/dining area. The Lounge also has ceiling fans, 2 x 3 seater sofas, an armchair and large coffee table, a dining table and chairs for 6 people and a further ceiling fan in the dining area.
The master bedroom has a fully tiled en-suite glazed walk in shower with WC, washbasin and mirror, and features a double bed, built in wardrobes, bedside cabinet with lamps, and a small chest of drawers, ceiling fans and a full length mirror with patio doors leading out onto an extremely large semi-circular balcony with sea views. The balcony also has patio furniture and sun loungers for relaxing in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine.
A second bedroom also accesses the same huge balcony and has a king sized bed, ceiling fans, bedside cabinets with lamps spacious fitted wardrobes, and a full length mirror.
The third bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, ceiling fans, and spacious fitted wardrobes.
The main fully tiled bathroom has a full size bath, shower, wc and washbasin. There is also a mirror over the washbasin, with a light above it.
Further details outdoors: Patio doors lead out onto a paved patio area, with seating and a coffee table. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor with wc and washbasin.
Two sets of Double patio doors lead out onto the large paved undercover patio area set with wicker furniture, and access to the poolside area with sun loungers and a further patio area with table and chairs complete with Barbecue set within the well established garden.
The 8m x 4m swimming pool is illuminated at night and in addition there are also poolside lights, a ladder and cascading Roman steps for ease of access.

Conditions
20% Deposit with each booking and balance to be paid by cheque directly to Owners * 8 weeks prior to departure. Airport collection and return service to be requested at time of booking together with flight details.
PLEASE NOTE; PROPERTY MUST BE VACATED BY 12 Noon ON DAY OF DEPARTURE, UNLESS SPECIFIC ARRANGEMENTS ARE AGREED AT TIME OF BOOKING.

We loved our holiday in Mandria - we always do!!! This time we brought the kids with us and they had a great time. So easy to get into Paphos so the kids could go to Bar Street. We all had a wonderful time and the extra friendship of Bob & Craig was special for us and taking us about and making our holiday so special. A fantastic relaxing time for a whole fortnight!! In the pool at night lazing about and visiting the restaurants in the village, all really friendly and cant wait to come back. What a wonderful, relaxing holiday. We just wanted to chill, laze around, eat, drink and do nothing, it was perfect. The villa is beautiful, clean, and well equipped, a real home from home. We would definitely consider booking again for next year.
