Villa Sofia is a very well equipped home near the lovely village of Mandria. It has everything you need for you and your family's holiday. With the villa's 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms your family have all the space they need to relax and unwind.
The villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. It benefits from off road parking for 2 cars in the drive which in turn leads to a spacious patio, where you will find the pool complete with Roman style steps to help immerse yourself in the sparkling water. Inside the lounge and dining areas are tastefully furnished with a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
In addition to the ground floor cloakroom there is a large bright bathroom and a further en suite shower room on the first floor. All three bedrooms have dressing tables and ample storage space whilst two of the bedrooms have their own balconies.
An extra guest can be accommodated in the living room on a sofa bed.

The Villa has been decorated in a timeless classic style, it is comfortable and very well equipped. There is a satelite TV to entertain you should you get bored of the pool.

Why not come and escape the winter this year? Spend Christmas in the sun! Average winter temperatures in Paphos are in the 60's, so no shivering in the snow!
The Paphos region
Cyprus, and in particular the Paphos area, has an ideal Mediterranean climate for either a summer holiday or a winter break for however long you choose to stay in this delightful region. Paphos is home to a beautiful fishing harbour, Roman ruins and catacombs, providing plenty of things to do on family holidays here. In addition the Paphos District has an abundance of stunning scenery, characterized by its coves and sunny coastline.
The Mandria / Ayia Irini area
The villa is just a short walk from a natural beach with the rugged coastline providing stimulating and inspiring walks. The traditional village of Mandria has two shops one of which is very well stocked. It also has two friendly Tavernas and a restaurant plus it also has a beauty salon. A short trip into Paphos can provide plenty of retail therapy or you might want to visit the lovely harbour area or the many sites of culture. Whatever your holiday requirement the area has the climate and activities to attract visitors back year after year.

Villa Sofia is just 10 minutes drive from Paphos airport. It is possible less than an hour after landing to be swimming in your own private pool.
Guests staying at Villa Sofia are able to use the local LUXURY HEATH SPA which is extremely well managed and equipped. We have recently been fortunate enough to negotiate discounts for our guests in order that they can add further enjoyment to their holiday experience.
We are able to assist you to obtain reasonable prices for flights and car hire.
Geocaching - when we looked up the details there were 356 sites in Cyprus, so for those with a sense of adventure you can enjoy even more than the stunning walks in this beautiful country .
