This apartment is an ideal base for golfers having three major golf courses within 30 minutes drive, two championship courses around 10 minutes drive away.
Although only around 15 minutes drive from Paphos Town, based in the village of Mandria this spacious well appointed apartment consists of two bedrooms one double and one twin, family bathroom with shower. It has been tastefully furnished and has air conditioning in all rooms. All bedrooms have plentiful fitted wardrobes for storage. A balcony with seating and a table has views to the surrounding countryside. Satellite TV and a flat screen TV adds to the comfort and relaxation of the property.
The complex has a good sized L shaped communal swimming pool, small children's pool, ample room for sun beds, poolside showers, toilets and changing facilities. It also boasts a pleasant lawned area.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is renowned for its nearly all year round sunshine, you can step back in time and visit the Amphitheatre at Kourion and wonder at the artifacts on display, remember to take your camera with you, you also have the fantastic mosaics there together with The House of Eustolios.
The Paphos area has the finest climate on the island, cooler sea breezes in the summer and mild winters. A superb climate for golfers and sun worshippers alike.
Mandria area
Paphos is a delightfully breezy town. Here you can combine both culture and entertainment. Here you will find some of Cyprus' most stunning archaeological gems, such as it's roman mosiacs and Tomb of the Kings. Bananas grow in profusion along the south western coast, yet the Akamas Peninsula is one of the islands last unspoilt wildernesses and home to flora and fauna species found only on Cyprus.
For those who enjoy the game of golf only 20 minutes drive takes you to Tsada Golf Club established in 1994, the first course designed by Donald Steel. Par 72 - 6,855 yards and located amongst vineyards, next to a 12th century monastery it is bathed in cooling sea breezes in the summer season. Tsada is a challenging course which has an excellent club house, swimming pool with all changing facilities.
About a 10 minute drive is the Secret Valley Golf Club (Par 72 - 6,737 yards) an 18 hole championship course surrounded by stunning rock formations and mature trees. A fully equipped pro shop and all facilities you would expect from a luxury golf course including an excellent restaurant and bar serving snacks, lunches and evening meals.
Less than 15 minutes takes you to the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club (Par 71 - 6,855 yards) designed by Cabell Robinson another fine example of a championship course built on two plateaux which has spectacular views of the sea. Again with a bar and restaurant serving excellent quality food and stunning views of the coastline and out to sea.
This is also home to restaurants, shops and a luxury health spa set in a village square atmosphere. You will find a variety of restaurants including Asian, Italian, coffee shop, traditional Greek Taverna and an ice cream gelateria. The luxurious Retreat Health Spa is the ultimate in top to toe pampering for mind and body, an expert team of therapists tend to your every need. Day passes, individual treatments, half and full day packages are available.
Mandria village is less than two minutes walk with a couple of tavernas serving delighful food or you can order take aways. A full traditional meze is around CY£6.50 per person, you can gaurantee you will not be hungry after that! There is also a 'coffee shop' type taverna serving pancakes, waffles and ice creams.
Going the other way you can walk to the beach in a few minutes, totally unspoilt and peaceful.
Villages, untouched by time, litter the valleys and the vast Paphos Forest melts into the tracts of the Tyllirian wilderness in the north of the tregion
Visit one of the unspoilt village tavernas and witness first hand the outstanding friendliness and hospitality of the Cypriots whilst enjoying some of the wonderful flavours found in a meze (a feast for as little a CYP£5.00 per head).
In the nearby suburb of Geriskipou you will find the "Cypriot delight" factories where you can watch the sweets being made.
340 days of sunshine beckons you to this wonderful island where you can sometimes believe time has stood still as you stand in a Roman ampitheatre or gaze at the wonderous mosaics.

Situated on the second floor of this newly finished complex there are distant views to the sea and the village of Mandria. The communal swimming pool can be seen from the apartment but you are not on top of it.
