GROUND FLOOR has a spacious open plan lounge area, 32" TV & DVD player, internet access available, marble fireplace, living flame gas fire,Italin glass dining table with leather chairs, superb lounge, fully fitted kitchen,with all white goods, glass wear, water chiller, cool boxes etc. office area, downstairs WC, patio doors leading to the pool & outside terrace.
FIRST FLOOR has 3 double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds, cd player & sea views and a shared family bathroom. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 20" TV & DVD player , hair dryer, tongs, etc, and a superb open plan 2 person en-suite Jacuzzi/bath with its own private balcony with lovely sea views.
3rd guest room has a king size bed, its own private balcony with sea & mountain views, and boasts a lovely rural view.
OUTDOORS there is off road parking, a garden, Lge chimney BBQ, 6 garden chairs, sun loungers, 2 x parasols, swinging hammock, a large 10x5mtr private pool with steps & pool side shower with South East facing aspect provides all day sunshine!

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 25% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of £200 pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by bank transfer/bank deposit.

Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.


Conditions

Children welcome, long or short term renters welcome, pets not allowed. This is a non smoking villa!
