This luxurious and spacious modern villa offers a high quality standard accommodation for those who wish to experience the countryside way of life with the qualities of nearby Paphos in a luxurious way. Located in the lovely unspoilt village of Mandria with lovely sea and mountain views, only 5-10 mins to the renound Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley Golf Courses; and only 10 mins to the Paphos International Airport.

This 5* luxury villa is beautifully presented with a private garden and pool on double sized corner plot and is arranged as follows:
GROUND FLOOR has a spacious open plan lounge area, 32" TV & DVD player, ipod docking station, mobile phone, internet access available, marble fireplace, stylish Italian glass dining table with leather chairs, superb lounge, fully equipped Italian fitted kitchen,with all white goods, glass wear, water chiller, cool boxes etc.

The ceiling boasts hidden lighting for that feeling of style & relaxation.
There is also a seperate office area for those who still need to work a little whilst away with Internet facility at hand!
Sofa bed in situ in office area for 7th guest.

Seperate downstairs WC, patio doors leading from lounge to the pool & outside terrace area.

FIRST FLOOR has 3 double bedrooms all with lovely views, 1 room with twin beds, cd player & sea views and a shared family bathroom.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, 20" Sat TV & DVD player , hair dryer, tongs, safe, etc, and a fabulous open plan 2 person en-suite Jacuzzi/bath tub, this room also has its own private covered balcony with lovely sea & rural views, an ideal spot to have a glass of chilled wine & watch the sun go down!

2nd guest room has a Queensize bed, its own private balcony with sea & mountain views, c/d payer, hair dyer.

OUTDOORS there is off road parking for 2 cars, private, fully fenced & secure garden, Large chimney BBQ, 6 garden chairs, sun loungers, 2 x parasols, swinging hammock, a large 10x5mtr private pool with Roman steps for easy access & pool side shower with South East facing aspect provides all day sunshine!

The traditional character of the village combined with the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the local people always ensures a warm welcome to their visitors.

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of £200 pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by bank transfer/bank deposit or cheque.

Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Conditions

Children welcome, short term renters welcome, pets not allowed. This is a non smoking villa!

Mandria Village is now host to a super selction of tavernas, it is only a 7 minute drive to Secret Valley Golf Course & also just a 10 minute drive to the renound Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
This is also a beautiful costal road all the way down to the infamous 'Aphrodites Rock' ( birth place of the Goddess of Love) Stunningly beautiful!

The Mandria area

Mandria village has 2 small supermarkets a local bakery & 5 traditional restaraunts/tavernas for enjoying typical Cypriot cuisine. The traditional character of the village combined with the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the local people always ensures a warm welcome to their visitors. Mandria bay is within walking distance to view beautiful costline.
Car hire is advisable.

“Just the best villa to stay in Cyprus” Writing a report on this villa is actually difficult in as much as it is so amazing and of such quality with the service provided by Jane and Paul of such a high standard that people may not believe it. The Irini Villa is without doubt excellent value for money. The style, comfort and all round service rivals the the 6 star hotel Burj-al-arab in Dubai. A bottle of champagne welcomes you beside the jacuzzi, bottle of wine and much needed provisions in the fridge to start your holiday and everyhting is so clean you can eat your dinner from the floor. The large garden is ideal for a party, or barbeque and the pool is so clean and welcoming. They all go to make the best place in my mind to have a relaxing luxurious holiday.

“A wonderful luxurious villa” This was our 2nd visit to the Irini Villa and it only gets better each visit . The Management team are very helpful and friendly and are at the other end of the phone should you have any questions or queries about where to go, what Restaurants to try dates of festivals and events. They also offer you the use of a car for the duration of your visit should you require it at low rental rates. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could ever want and need at your fingertips. It is beautifully furnished with lovely Italian Leather Suite and lovely modern fixtures and fittings with Jacuzzi bath in master bedroom, Wifi, Sky TV. The villa occupies a lovely position with great views out to the landscape. Its a short walk to the coastline and a short cycle ride to Village, It only takes 10-15 min walk from the Villa Irini to the lovely typically friendly Cypriot village of Mandria. There is a choice of eateries in the village serving generous servings of food and drink. We have spent many a relaxing evening watching the sunset from the balcony in the Irini. There is a great BBQ for you to enjoy if you want a night in. There is a small Supermarket located 5 mins from the village with the larger Supermarkets 20 mins away by car in Paphos, Definately a Villa not to be missed. Ideal for a Honeymoon or just a nice treat for a holiday for Families and couples alike. Mandria is fairly flat so is suitable for people with mobility problems. We are already planning our return visit.

“Absolutely Fantastic - look no further for luxury accomodation!” We have returned today from a week's holiday in Mandria staying at the Villa Irini. There were 4 adults, a teenager and an 11 year old in the party and there was plenty of luxurious accomodation for us all - from the bedrooms to the pool area, we never felt crowded. The pool was brilliant, the BBQ area superb, and poolside patio the icing on the cake. The owners, Jane and Paul made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. They left us the use of two bikes which were well used for trips to the beach - we also hired a car for further afield - although we were more than happy to spend most of our time at the villa or in the village taverna (aka George's!) We are already looking at dates to return next year. FANTASIC, RELAXING HOLIDAY

“WOW ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IRINA VILLA 5 STAR QUALITY” Just come home from Irini Villa.Escorted from Airport by owner to 5 star class WOW FACTOR Villa had a wonderful 2 week stay owner very very helpful none obtrusive all facilities provided of a high standard of cleanliness Pool and garden very well kept Pool wonderful at night with Lights on, it was PARADISE Mandria Village Taverna's reasonably priced ,good food made very welcome shop in Village square and super market just outside Mandria well stocked 5mins in car Beach 500 Metres away can be seen from villa. Hired car for stay, Paphos only 10 mins away.We would thoroughly recommend Irini villa and Mandria VIllage to Stay in Cyprus

“Fabulous Villa” 5 Star luxury! We enjoyed 2 fabulous weeks at Irini Villa Mandria. Superb accomodation very well equiped and very comfortable. Location ideal not to far from airport and plenty of choice in village square to eat and drink. Jane always very helpful, of where to eat, local beaches and very knowledgable about cyprus. I would highly recommend to friends, family etc

“Fantastic” We stayed for two weeks with both younger children and teenagers. The villa is marvellous, spacious and clean and very comfortable. The external areas are kept to a high standard and the pool is superb!. We would definitely look to stay here again if possible!

“Impressive Irini Villa!” The best holiday we've ever had! Irini Villa is top notch. The facilities are 5* with lots of little extra touches like the champagne, food welcome pack, and a post card addressed to us welcoming us to the villa . The management team couldn't do enough for us; they even gave us a driving lesson in the automatic car we had hired; which is essential for getting around the Island. The swimming pool is right outside your patio doors and gets the sun all day long. The resort is a little off the beaten track but that made for a quiet relaxing holiday, it is perfect for couples, families with young children or as in our case a group of friends looking to relax.The local village is a 10 minute walk from the villa with a shop, cafe, tavernas and even an amazing fish and chip restaurant all surrounding a lovely village square. Excellent accommodation all round.

“Top quality villa in quiet area, walking distance from village.” Very efficient booking procedure, good communication via email when arranging booking. Friendly meeting at airport, without any problems, with transport to villa. Lovely villa, in quiet location. Lovely view across farmland towards the sea. Beautifully decorated villa, with every facility that you would normally require. Three well equipped bedrooms, with lovely en-suite master bedroom (with champagne on ice by the jacuzzi on arrival - lovely touch). Balcony on two of the bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen, utility room, living room. Beautiful patio, BBQ area and pool, which was cleaned twice weekly. Cannot fault, and will definitely return.

“Best Holiday Villa we have ever stayed in” Fantastic villa. We stayed with our two children aged 5 and 14 together with a family friend. The villa has everything you need for a great holiday. Everything is to a really high standard and everything worked! The pictures don't really do it justice. The pool was great and the villa is at the end of a row so was really quiet when we went during August. There was plenty of space so everyone could do their own thing - teenage daughter on facebook using the WiFi - 5 year old alternately glued to Sky TV or in and out of the pool - adults just chilling! Sometimes you stay somewhere and its really frustrating because the little extra touches are missing but this place has everything. Jane was on hand to answer any questions we had and to tell us the best places to eat etc. The villa is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport so no long transfers which was great. I would highly recommend Irini Villa to anyone. We will be going back again at some stage.

“Lovely spacious villa” Had a lovely stay in Irini Villa. A very spacious villa with everything you need. Spent many a happy hour sitting in the swing seat reading and relaxing with a view of the hills and countryside. Local village nearby with plenty of restaurants. Jane was very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely come back.

We had the time of our lives at Irini Villa. That was our Wedding & Honeymoon, a place to keep as our most treasured memories!

Having had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at the Villa Irina – I just wanted to thank you for making our holiday so special.

The Villa is beautiful and exceeded our expectations – everything we could possibly have wanted and more! The girls loved the pool and the Jacuzzi bath (photos to follow) and my mother set up camp on the swinging hammock. The bikes were also very much appreciated – although only used once!

The setting was perfect for the village – and you were right about the good food and friendly people. All in all we had a lovely relaxing week with everything to keep teenage girls and my Mother happy.

Looking forward to coming back next year – and thanks for all the extra touches you provided.

Thanks again for everything. We are all agreed that this has been our favourite “non-Florida” holiday, and the villa and service provided by yourself & Paul played a major part in this. Planning to do the Florida holiday again next year, but will hopefully be looking at returning in 2013, so sure we will be back in touch at some point next year !
