This super 3 bed, detached villa is both spacious and elegant with a fully equipped custom Italian kitchen & modern appliances. The bedrooms feature elegant fitted Italian wardrobes and internal doors giving a feeling of luxury throughout. In addition the apartment is fully air-conditioned and satellite TV is provided (channels now limited)!. There is a super large outdoor terrace area with private 8x4 mtr pool, patio table, chairs for those lovely family summer evenings.

Set on an elevated position overlooking beautiful sea views and verdant green fields, the design is cleverly conceived to maximise the views of each individual property on the resort. It has 2 super outdoor pools which is a delight for children & superb sun lounging area surrounded by lovely landscaped gardens & also boasts a fantastic spa including, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, dance studio & beauty treatments, something to suit everyone!
Spa facilities are included in guest’s holiday package; individual beauty treatments are also available!

For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact us so we can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a security deposit of £200 pounds must be paid in advance before your arrival. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, we require the full amount when booking is made. Payments should be made by bank transfer/bank deposit or cheque.

Check in times are 1500 hours and check out time is 1000 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Children welcome, pets not allowed. This is a non smoking villa!

You buy now access Internet via the purchase of Internet cards available from the Spa and use them on your laptop by accessing the provider and typing in the code from the card. There is no direct internet connection in this villa.

Mandria Village is now host to a super selction of tavernas, it is only a 7 minute drive to Secret Valley Golf Course & also just a 10 minute drive to the renound Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.
This is also a beautiful costal road all the way down to the infamous 'Aphrodites Rock' ( birth place of the Goddess of Love) Stunningly beautiful!

The Mandria / Aphrodite Sands area

Mandria village has 2 small supermarkets in village plus a much larger one just outside villa entrance, we can alos boast 6 traditional restaraunts/tavernas for enjoying typical Cypriot cuisine. The traditional character of the village combined with the genuine hospitality and friendliness of the local people always ensures a warm welcome to their visitors. Mandria bay is within walking distance to view beautiful costline.
Car hire is recommended to visit the many tourist attractions on offer!

“Splendid villa” We spent one week in Villa 4 in July 2012. The house is fantastic - high standard and delicate interior. The villa has its own swimming pool which was very clean and nice (in the month of July you will need it:-)). You have see view from the garden and the beach can be reached by foot. The maintenance staff from the resort) are very polite and will help in case of any issue.The village is a 4 min walk away and offers a few nice restaurants and shops. The resort wich the villa is located next to offers nice SPA-treatments to a reasonalble price. This villa is perfect for people who are looking for a nice and relaxing holiday. If you are looking for wild night-life and parties - this is NOT the place for you:-) We give our honost recommodation. You do not need a car unless you would like to explore the sorroundings(which you should:-)). Enjoy your stay at Villa 4 Aphrodite Sands Best regards Audun Moen & familiy Norway
