THE UNIT
This is a Fully Furnished condo unit for short term rental (daily, weekly, monthly). It can accommodate 3 people, with one sleeping on a sofa bed.

HIGH-SPEED broadband internet is installed in the unit so yo don't have to worry about internet connection. In addition, we can also lend you a pocket wifi that you can take wherever you go so you are always connected (load not included)!

The Living / Dining Area has a Sofa Bed, Side tables, Flat screen LED TV, DVD Player, Dining Table & Chairs, nice decorations

The Bedroom has a Double size bed with fresh linens and pillows, Built in closet, Clothes Hanger, side table, 1.5HP Aircon, Electric Fan, and complimentary slippers.

As for the Bathroom, you will have a 5 star hotel Rain Type Shower with a shower enclosure, Water heater, Complimentary Toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, razor, tissue, toothbrush, etc), Clean towels, Hair Dryer, Facial Mirror

And lastly, the Kitchen area has Fridge with free bottled water, Complimentary coffee/tea, Coffee Maker, Pots for cooking, Rice Cooker, Electric Water Boiler / Kettle, Dinnerware, Kitchenware, Stove, Kitchen Cabinets

And to make it more special, we will provide a welcome gift and a souvenir just for YOU (for stays of at least 5 nights) !!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
