Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all bookings made (whether through No More Hotels or any other website associated with its founder Kash Ijaz and Kash Ijaz Ltd or otherwise) with No More Hotels whose offices are at Unit 1B, Hillgate Place, 18-20 Balham Hill, London, SW12 9ER. All correspondence should be addressed to Kash Ijaz, No More Hotels.co.uk, Unit 1B, Hillgate Place, 18-20 Balham Hill, London, SW12 9ER. You accept these booking terms on behalf of all members of your party.
Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to book the relevant accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and No More Hotels.co.uk shall come into existence until No More Hotels (a) issues a booking confirmation by email, fax or post; and (b) receives payment in full.
We insist you make contact with our representatives atleast 72 hours prior to arrival. Full details are provided to you with your confirmation receipt.
Security/Holding Deposit You confirm, that you will immediately pay a deposit equal to 30%. This deposit is used to secure the booking and is refundable after you have departed the apartment/house/villa. The rent due for this period must be paid in full, and no later than, 2 months prior to your Arrival/Booking date.
Maximum Occupancy / Additional persons
The total number of persons (including infants and children) using the accommodation must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated by us in our website or any other literature given. Failure to disclose such information is subject to refusal of accommodation or additional charges being applied.
You agree to pay for any damages caused to the said property and if need be will forfeit the holding deposit plus in addition pay for any other costs incurred (if applicable).
Cancellation / Transferring a booking In the event of cancellation, the rental charge excluding your holding deposit is forfeited, unless 2 months prior notice is given by you and received by us, either by email, fax, or post. In cases where only a deposit has been received to date the deposit is immediately forfeited. Bookings can however be transferred free of charge to anyone of your choice, Please contact our reservations team for details.
Pets
Unfortunately pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Use
You agree to use the apartment only for residential use and not to conduct any business that may be illegal or dangerous.
Minimum stay / Minimum charge / Bookings exceeding 1 month We have a minimum stay of a week period. Please contact our reservations team to place this type of booking. Companies & individuals wishing to book for more than 4 weeks must call our reservations team to place the booking.
Children / Guarantor All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Otherwise a guarantor must indemnify such persons to the limit of damage caused plus any additional costs.
Keys or Door entry codes
Where keys are used, a set of keys will either be dispatched to you before your arrival or handed to you personally at the apartment at the time of your arrival. Please note that once a set of keys are handed to you, they become your responsibility for the whole duration of your stay. In the event of keys being lost, misplaced or stolen a charge is applied of £50.00 to cover the cost of re-issuing another key/set.
Where security codes are used they will be given to you by text/email once full payment has been received. These codes are to be kept secret at all times and not to be passed or used by anyone but yourself.
Check in & Check out times / Length of bookings
Check in time is 2pm, Check out time is normally 11.30am, however we do run a flexible time policy making it possible to check in and check out accordingly to your travel arrangements as long as it has been agreed with us prior or during your stay and as long as it does not affect our next booking in any way.
You may make a booking with us on any given day of the week (subject to availability) and also your booking can be for any length of time (subject to availability and minimum charge applies).
Late arrival / Delays
If you are delayed in anyway, you MUST inform us immediately, especially if you are to be picked up from the airport or greeted at the apartment. Please remember to call us on your day of travel.
Further conditions
You agree to keep the apartment in a clean & tidy state at ALL times throughout your tenancy.
No More Hotels or Kash Ijaz shall not be liable for any failure, cancellation or delay in performance of its obligations which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control. The following shall be regarded as examples of such circumstances: building or maintenance works, act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), fire, flood, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications).
Telephone & Internet services
You agree not to use these services in connection with;
fraud or in connection with a criminal offence or in any other way which is unlawful;
contravention of any licence or third party rights, or in contravention of BT's Acceptable Use Policies located at www.abuse-guidance.com as may be amended from time to time;
sending, knowingly receive, upload, download, or use any material which is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing, or in breach of copyright, confidence, privacy or any other rights;
spamming or to send or provide unsolicited advertising or promotional material or, knowingly to receive responses to any spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional material sent or provided by any third party;
the view to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
or in any way which we reasonably think is, or is likely to be, detrimental to the provision of the service to you or any of our customers.
You agree to take all reasonable steps to make sure that this does not happen.
We take this kind of misuse very seriously. If we reasonably believe it has happened, we may take immediate action to suspend the service or end this agreement without telling you first, even if you were not aware of the misuse.
You agree not to connect equipment to our network that may harm it or other customers' equipment. If you do, you must disconnect it immediately, or allow us to do so at your expense.

Your booking is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. The booking confirmation and these terms represent the entire agreement between No More Hotels, Kash Ijaz and you. Except as otherwise provided in these booking terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.
Copies of photographic Id are also required for all attending parties, but can be sent at any time before your booking date by email, fax or post or shown upon arrival (where applicable)
