Rowan Estates is a modern, luxurious 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. There is a lift for easy access. There are 2 beds in the main bedroom, 2 or 4 in the second bedroom and the possibility of 2 beds in the dining room which is very spacious.
Our suites are beautifully furnished and we offer bed linen, towels, soaps and shampoos and lots more. We believe you will be very comfortable here and you'll enjoy your stay. Street parking is available. Alternatively, you could borrow a fob for the secure garage.

We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood less than 2 miles from Manchester City Centre. Market Street, St Annes Square and The Arndale Centre which is one of the most popular shopping Centres in the North West. Deansgate - a five minute drive away - is full with bars and colourful nightclubs. Nearby, you will find a newly built Community Center – The Broughton Hub. It has a modern Library with access to computers equipped with Internet, and also a sports centre, conference rooms, a deli and ideal breakfast restaurant. We are close to ClowesPark, Heaton Park which is the biggest park in Manchester, and Kersal Dale - The Cliffs which is located next to the River Irwell and provides a perfect opportunity for relaxation.
Because we are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, we can only provide the apartments for low-key use. Our guests are requested not to have any partying nor alcohol consumption under any circumstances in our suites. We also discourage gatherings around the complex.

Although so close to City Centre we are just 5 minute walk from "The Cliff" Its the place where it is claimed that William Wordsworth, The famous English Poet stopped on his way to the Lake District and declared this the most scenic view he had ever scene. It is where the River Irwell makes a l
arge meander. As of to date it is an untouched nature reserve. It is accessed best by car from Kersal Way a 10 minute drive away.
We are approximately 5 minute drive from Golf Course a 3 minute Drive from Swimming Pool. All Year Indoor Skiing at Chill Factor Boating and other Fun activities such as Batman flying experience are located in Trafford Park just a 15 minute drive. and Salford Sports Centre is approx. 10 minu
te drive. It has an excellent Gym classes Tennis Courts Football Field. Passes are very reasonably priced and many other facilities like Conference Room you can hire. A library and Community Centre is located 2 minutes from Property.
Being centrally located, A day excursion to Southport Beach or to the stunning Derbyshire Dales (Edale is 35minutes by Train) or even the Lake District which is (90 minute drive) or the coast of Wales (60 minute drive)
We are located in prime residential neighborhood but shops restaurants and parks are all within 5 minute walk. We are less then 2 miles from Manchester City Centre - Deansgate (5 minute drive). Easy Transportation.

"Great place not to far from centre!"

"Excellent value and quality"
This apartment was exactly as described and shown online, was even more roomier than the pictures displayed. The location was perfect, quiet and only a short taxi from the city centre. The facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were all working and very clean. The beds were comfortable and would definitely stay again. The whole service was very good and hassle free, including collecting the keys.
