This is a 2 bedroom apartment set in a tranquil residential area, close to the city.
Although it is not super-luxury, it has everything you need to enjoy a nice, comfortable stay in London and save a lot of money in the meantime! It is in a quiet, yet central part of London (Royal Borough of Greenwich).
Also has a TV, wardrobes, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, fresh towels and linens for all new guests. Everything is nice and clean
The flat is a 2 minute stroll away from New Eltham Train Station, which features a 15-20 min train service to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross, Central London. It is also close to all sorts of shops, banks, restaurants, public transport, schools and universities. Quiet residential area with all the amenities you need. It's such a convenient place to stay!
Breakfast is available to your room for £10GBP. Lunch and dinner also can be provided with advanced notice. The fully equipped kitchen is also available for guests to use for free, 24 hours a day.
Parking is free... This apartment is comfortable for 4 guests, but can easily accommodate 10 people as the lounge is huge and can fit many airbeds.

'Budget'– Basic accommodation with the necessities you need. Don't expect luxury, but do expect good value. These properties are priced at a very reasonable price for the location you will be in and at a much better rate than local hotels.

'Comfort' – A good quality accommodation that is at a higher grade than the budget stays. This could include extras, like lounge areas, TVs and gardens (but not guaranteed) and is priced at a better rate than hotels in the same area.

'Luxury' – Indulge in an oasis of refined luxury. These accommodations have ultra comfortable beds and surroundings, and some have personal TVs, private bathrooms, kitchens… and everything is finished to a quality standard. We still aim to price these properties at better rates than local hotels, and provide more facilities and comfort than them.

Check-in time: from 2pm – 7pm. If you need to check in outside of these hours (subject to staff availability), there is a small fee of 10 GBP.
Check-out time: before 12pm. If you need to check out later than this (subject to staff availability), there is a small fee of 10 GBP.
We also need to take a copy of your Identification, and a key deposit on arrival; which will be refunded upon return of keys. Strictly no parties or events, the housekeeper holds discretion to refuse entry if our policies are breached.
Please call us at least 2 hours before arrival and we will help you with transport information, check-in information and key handover.
This place is completely private and you will have the whole place to yourself. Bathrooms, kitchens, and all communal areas are not shared at all.
