The apartment is very spacoius with a with wood loft. It has been recently completed and is fully equipped with kitchen area, toilet, living room, washing machine, air conditioning and heating, TV, toaster, Iron, Hair dryer. Linen and towels provided.
In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area, and take some relax below our new Gazebos. The apartment has a private parking space. We also have horses, and we offer riding school and bicycles avalaibles for our guest (bicycles are for free).

The Lombardy / Mantova region

When you come to Mantua it is almost impossible not to be fascinated by this town which is surrounded by three lakes. Mantua seems to want to tell us its long history. The old town which has preserved its original cobbled paving has also kept its monuments almost untouched. The Ducal Palace (the former Gonzaga’s Court) and the Cathedral which date back to the Medieval period are both situated around the beautiful Sordello Square. Until the XI.th century Sordello Square was the centre of the so called “Civitas vetus Mantuae”, i.e. the core of the ancient town, founded by the Etruscans during the V.th century before Christ. During this occupation the site was called “Manthva”. Around this square one can find many interesting historical monuments.
The lake of Garda can be reached from every part of northern Italy in very little time. The lake is a wonderful destination for a week end trip, and is surrounded by many historical places where one can find large pedestrian precints, one can enjoy a nice stroll among shops and restaurants as well as admire the enchanting view of the lake and high mountains.
Mamrirolo area
We are in a Beautifiul Natural Park, called Parco del Mincio, and is a very green area, with beautifiul landscapes. We are next to the wonderful Forest, called Bosco della Fontana, where you can go for a romantic walk, for hiking. Riding a bike you can also reach our Medioval city, Mantova and the Garda lake, by a special bycicle path in the middle of the country.
We are also so close to the Garda Lake, just 15 min by car, you can reach two of the most famous amusement parks of Italy called Gardaland and Canevaworld, on the Garda Lake. In spring and summer our city is full of events as musical festival, theatre festival, you can't miss them, is a lot of fun!!
How to get there
By plane fly to Verona (25km) or Verona Brescia (40km), they are both very close to us. Cheap flights available from Ryanair.com from London to Verona Brescia airport. We offer free shuttle service between Verona airport and Beatilla, and between Mantova train station and Beatilla. we also can book the car for you, and the price is cheaper because we have discount and bring to you the car at the airport too.
