The Kenyan Coast region

The green, relaxing and beautiful cost of Kenya and the warm and peaceful waters of the Indian Ocean are waiting for you. It is an extraordinary country full of contrasts and colour with the most kind and nice people. The climate in the coast line of Kenya goes from 22 degrees Celsius up to 30 degrees with a high percentage of humidity.

Raining season starts in April up to June and temperature is around 26 degrees. The coast line is connected by road from the beaches at the south in Diani Beach up to Lamu where you can take a short 30 minutes flight and get lost from the world. You can also take another 30 minutes flight from Malindi or Mombasa to the paradise island of Zanzibar.

Malindi / Casuarina area

A very active little African town, full of activities to enjoy all day. At Malindi you will find some nice restaurants and also has a nice casino where you can have dinner and enjoy gambling.

Just 10 minutes away from the apartment you find the Marine Reserve and also a crocodile farm where you can see the biggest crocodile in Africa. 20 km from Malindi you will find The Heminways, a nice hotel where you can hire a boat and go deep fishing for the hole day.

Another nice activity is to get an small plane and go for lunch to the Masai Mara, impressive. Kenya is a unique experience you will never forget.

How to get there

Various combinations are possible. From Paris, Rome, Munich, Geneva, to Nairobi and from there to Malindi.

Other possibility is to flight to Mombasa from Dusseldorf or Munich and from there 2 hours drive to the north. We will pick you up at the airport.

Go to the Casino for dinner and enjoy the nights there. Also you can go for a drink at the Starlight disco or have a nice morning coffee at the Karen Blixen centre.

For Safaris to the national parks, Tsavo, Masai Mara, Mount Kenya, you have many agencies in town that will organize a short trip to this parks for you.

No car is need it as everything is just around the corner. The best way to move in town and to the beaches is with a Tuk Tuk, the motorbike for 2 or 3 that takes you anywhere you want for just a few shelling, about 3 Euros.
