Modern bungalow (2010) with south facing rear garden with large patio with outside lighting, lovely for a glass of wine in the evening .Lovely rear view of chestnut trees. Large open plan light and airy. 2 double bedrooms and 1 one twin bedroom. Showeroom has a large shower and wash handbasin. Seperate toilet. Washing Machine, induction hob, patio furniture, barbeque, english satelite TV, DVD player, CD player and Iphone dock. Ample private parking. Safe, quiet village location.

Situated in a lovely quiet friendly village with its own lake with ducks. The village has a local bar and restuarant and a boulangerie/patisserie with also sells vegetables, cereals, cheese, wine etc. Village church and post office. Close to historic towns, Josselin, Malestroit, Rocheford-en-Terre. One and a half hours from St Malo, 3 hours from Caen. 3 and a half hours from Cherbourg. Nearest beach 40 minutes. Historic Vannes 40 minutes.

The Brittany region

Many historical places to visit, with old timber famed buildings. Malestoit, Rochford-en-Terre, Josselyn, Vannes et. Large lake at Ploermel with sailing, windsurfing etc.


The village has a fete usually the third weekend in August, brittany costumes and dancing. Bonfire and fireworks at midnight.

There is a lovely lake in the village for fishing or feeding the ducks.
