Nestling on the shores of Lake Garda, our spacious apartment is the ideal location to discover the delights of the largest of the wonderful Italian Lakes and an ideal place for peace, relax and tranquillity.
In our 4000 sqm garden we have olive trees and our fantastic "falling" swimming pool! From every angle, you have stunning lake views! From the Villa you can see ALL of Lake Garda from Riva in the north to Sirmione in the south!
The shore-side town of Malcesine is only 10 minutes away on foot and offers everything you want on your Italian holiday; restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course the ferries, ideal if you want to avoid the holiday traffic.
This apartment , has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons maximum.
The swimming pool is private to the villa but shared between the three apartments.(1 Bedroom Luxury Apartment also available see 178518) Also a 2 Bedroom (Apt 1)

A deposit of 30% will secure your booking and your holiday balance will be due 56 days before departure. If your booking is due to start within 56 days, the full invoice amount will be payable.
Bed linen and towels, energy, water and air conditioning are included in our prices. Final cleaning on departure is also provided free of charge.
The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area region

Families can experience the marvels of Gardaland, Italy’s biggest theme park or the wonders of CanevaWorld with it’s Medieval Knights or Aqcua Paradise; Couples can wander the pretty villages dotted all over the area or through Romeo & Juliette’s Verona; What about wine and olive oil tasting? Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the world-famous windsurf areas . . . Or if you prefer, just take a dip in the warm, clear waters of the lake and dry off on the beach!
And if you want something a little more special. . . experience the magical atmosphere as the night sky is filled with fireworks...every week in the summer!
The Malcesine area
Malcesine
Malcesine on the north-eastern shore is probably the most popular resort on the Lake. The beautiful town with its narrow lanes, the small harbour as well as the pretty walkway along the Lake invite visitors to have a stroll. The Scaliger castle stands in solitary splendour on higher ground and offers a great view of the Lake.
Malcesine was also the seat of the Veronese Captains of the Lake, whose palazzo today serves as the town hall. An even more superb view of the Lake and its surroundings are offered from Monte Baldo. A completely restored cable-car ascends the mountain. The station at the top end is 1800m above the Lake and an ideal starting point for hikes or mountainbike tours.
