Nestlng on the shores of Lake Garda, our spacious apartment is the ideal location to discover the delights of the largest of the wonderful Italian Lakes and an ideal place for peace, relax and tranquility.
In our 4000 sqm garden we have olive trees and our fantastic "falling" swimming pool! From every angle, you have stunning lake views! From the Mansarda you can see ALL of Lake Garda from Riva in the north to Sirmione in the south!
The shore-side town of Malcesine is only 10 minutes away on foot and offers everything you want on your Italian holiday; restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlors and of course the ferries, ideal if you want to avoid the holiday traffic.
This apartments at Mansarda, have 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons maximum.
The swimming pool is private to the villa but shared between the three apartments.(1 Bedroom Luxury Apartment also available)

The Lombardy / Lake Garda Area
Experience the extravagant beauty of the largest of the Italian Lakes, Lake Garda, with its gentle climate, superb scenery, and some of the best windsurfing in Europe. Lake Garda's varied scenery combines the lush citrus groves, olives and vines of the Brescia Riviera and the sophisticated resorts of the western shore. Majestic mountains tower in the background and the sparkling waters of the lake are breathtaking. It's closeness to alpine mountains, the Adriatic sea and the famous cities of Milan, Verona and Venice, make it an ideal destination.
Lake Garda is ideal for windsurfing, sailing and canoeing as well as for yachting, fishing and diving. Malcesine area
Both the lake and the wonderful town of Malcesine are within 10 minutes on foot!
The ancient town of Malcesine sits at the foot of Monte Baldo on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Originally a sleepy fishing village, it is today a picturesque and animated resort with narrow cobbled streets winding down to a quaint little harbour where artists sell their paintings to passing tourists.
Its lovely warm climate and calm clear waters make swimming from the pebble beach a delight and there are hydrofoil and ferry rides across and around the lake.
In the evenings the town has a pleasant and informal atmosphere. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or relax and watch the passers-by in open-air cafés and waterfront bars, listen to a concert or enjoy a romantic evening boat trip.
Malcesine is an ideal base for those of you who want to travel further a field; why not take a day trip to see cities like Venezia (169 km), Milano (130 km), Verona (50 km) and Mantova (60 km)?
