The property is designed for outdoor living and entertainment with an upper covered Barbecue terrace, Large terrace with outdoor furniture at first floor level, large sunbathing and Dining areas surrounding the pool and a lower terrace just below the pool should you wish a change of Scenery.
The Views from the property are Stunning with mountain views to the front (West) and Sea views to the North.
The Villas private overflow pool is 10 metres x 5 Metres and will be regularly serviced during you stay.
This just completed property has been newly furnished to a very high standard using local craftsmen and is complete with Air conditioning and Gas fired Central Heating.
The Kitchen appliances are stainless steel with black granite worktops, whilst the washing machine is in the separate Utility room to make any cleaning of clothes or towels easy and uncluttered.
The Lounge features large comfortable sofas with satellite TV and DVD. The ground level areas are finished in polished natural travertine stone flooring.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus mostly remains an undiscovered gem for most people. It is unspoilt to a point where the first time holidaymaker wonders why they never visited before and where else they could go to match the unique experience of this part of Cyprus. Personally for us among the high points have been the friendliness of the local people, the inherent safety for our family, the excellent value of the shops, restaurants and Taxis and the stunning unspoilt beaches, history and scenery.
Malatya area
Kyrenia Harbour is simply a must on a visit to Northern Cyprus. Srangely none of the pictures we have seen barely do it justice. By day or night it is a pleasure to walk through or sit and mix with the locals at one of the harbourside cafes.
Malatya sits high in the hills above the pretty village of Alsancak. This village is the nearest centre for well stocked mini markets , Two supermarkets, several excellent restaurants and bars,along with a petrol station. Alsancak is approximatley 6 miles west of Kyrenia.

How to get there
Fly to Erjan (Nicosia) via Turkey. 45 minutes transfer time. We usually use Green Island Holidays on 0207 637 7338 as they are easier to deal with than the airlines direct and they will do the hard work for you. Please try any other travel agent should you prefer.
Fly direct to Larnaca. 75 minutes transfer time. Scheduled and Charter Airlines are available from most Airports. Airlines include British Airways and Cyprus Airways. .
Our representative will arrange for a Taxi to pick you up from your chosen Airport and be taken direct to the Villa including all the formalities at the Border Control if flying into Larnaca. The cost for this will be about £25 for Erjan and £40 for Larnaca.
Car Hire is Also available at Excellent all inclusive rates. This car can be delivered to the Villa when required.

Further details indoors: The Ground floor of the villa is constructed from natural stone which remains cool in the summer months. The bedrooms all have blackout cutains behind the satin voiles to keep the heat and light out of the sleeping areas. The property is fitted with Sattelite TV which has a large selection of channels (some English) The Villa is fully cleaned before your arrival and a Welcome pack including all the basics left for you. Help or advice is always at hand should you require it via our local managers who live within 100 metres. The villa has 2 new booster seats suitable for children between 15 - 36 Kg and a Maclaren stroller buggy for your use.
Further details outdoors: The property has Double Iron entrance gates and a separate pedestrian gate should you wish to park in the garage. The Villa is completely surrounded by Natural stone Walls. The Villa Terraces are construted from local natural smooth finish Travertine.
