This modern penthouse of 120 m2 in two levels is situated in the heart of the historic Malaga.
The first floor contains a beautiful open Italian kitchen and from the kitchen there is access to a 15 m2 terrace, a big lounge with dinner area and a TV lounge and a beautiful bathroom with shower. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms – one of them with bathroom with shower and a nice little office.
The apartment is in Scandinavian style and is very nice and perfect for a family holiday in Malaga City.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Costa del Sol is a beautiful area and has some of Europes best clime - more than 320 days of sunshine. One thing we cant complain about is the weather - always fantastic. Malaga City is a lovely place - the home town of Picasso and a lot of other things to do and see.
Here you can get it all in one place - Malaga is a growing city with a perfect clime, beaches, sun, gastronomy and a lot of exiting cultural things. If you want to go visit areas outside the city - we can recommend Nerja, Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda, Granada and Sierra Nevada where you can go skiing.
Malaga area
The city is beautiful and here you have the possibility to discover Magic Malaga. Because of the clime you will find a city that's always full of life. Here you find the real Spain and we can recommend you to enjoy you dinner in one of many restaurants - try the delicious tapas, the locale vine and live the Spanish way.
The city has many attractions and when you are here you shall see the amazing cathedral - it is called the one-armed because the second tower never has been finished. Or see the two castles Alcazaba and Gibralfaro - there you have a fantastic view to the city and the bullfighting arena.
We can also recommend you to enjoy the Easter and see the big processions all over the historic centre - this is a unique opportunity to see how the Spanish people celebrate Easter. Or enjoy the Feria in August - this is a tradition and a must - see people dancing the flamenco and enjoy an amazing week with the friendly Spanish people. This apartment has everything you need - you can enjoy the beach life and in the same time a nice city break.
How to get there
This apartment is located very close to the city centre of Malaga. If you will enjoy Malaga City - then you don't need your own transport - you can use the public transport.
From the Airport you can take the train to the centre of the city and from here you can walk to the apartment. It is a 10 minutes walk. From the apartment you have all the attraction in walking distance. The train departs every 30 minutes and you can go all the way to Fuengirola.
Another option from the airport is a taxi - those you find in front of the arrival hall and it takes you about 30 minutes to the apartment and the costs are around 35 euros.
