This deluxe brand new apartment is very conveniently located just 1 min. walk from the train / bus station and within 10 min walk to Malaga´s Old Town and beach.
The apartment features 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, balcony.
There is as well a communal swimming pool, that can be used only during opening times during summer months. Underground parking is included in the price (please note that parking in city centre is 30€ per day)
The first bedroom has an en suite bathroom (with shower) and a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and share bathroom (bath) with the twin room(one of those rooms is optional). All rooms have large wardrobes. The living room features table for 6 people, sofa, TV, working desk. The kitchen has all the highest quality appliances: fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, beside that there are all kitchen utensils needed including electric kettle, toaster, microwave and coffeemaker.
The sheets, towels, hairdryer and other basics will be provided (please ask for details).
We provide an introduction to the city and a map.
Apartment is located just next to Malaga´s main train and bus station and few large shopping centres. The port is within 15 min walk. Very easy access to the airport, only 15 min by train.
Please be advised if there are two guests willing to rent the apartment, we will rent it with one room (twin or double).

"Perfect Holiday Apartment"
Me and my wife recently stayed at Marco's' apartment in Malaga. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, and included all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. The location is perfect being a short 10-15 minute walk into the old town of Malaga. Their is a wonderful supermarket right across the street and numerous restaurants and cafes within minutes. The parking space within the building is real plus. Marco and Agnes met us at the apartment and were very friendly and helpful with plenty of tips about the city. We plan on returning to Malaga within the next few years and would definitely return to this apartment.

"Quiet, confortable and clean apartment"
The apartment is really new. Very clean and spacious. The parking comes in very handy. Perfect to visit the city and the Costa del Sol.
The hosts are very nice and they speak perfect english.
