The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath with 2 wash basins; and 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace (accessed by a stair case): it is furnished with outside furniture: 1 armchair with coffee table, a double sun lounger with side table and a Jacuzzi/Pool (5.00m x 3.00m). Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass translucent panel; and the jacuzzi can be used only in the period april-october.
