Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 1 armchair, a wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. The kitchen, with sliding doors and accessed by the living area, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. The master bedroom (with fitted wardrobes) consists of a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables. There is a marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace: This terrace has an independent access from the apartment and can be accessed by a stair case. There is outside furniture: a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a double sun lounger with side tables and a Jacuzzi/Pool (4.50m x 2.00m).
