The apartment hall leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater Chester sofa, one armchair, a wooden coffee table, side table with designer lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath; and 1 single (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace: This terrace has an independent access from the apartment and can be accessed by a stair case. There is outside furniture: a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a double sun lounger with side tables. Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass division; and the jacuzzi can be used only in the period april-october.
